【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的不斷深入，世界各國之間的聯(lián)系日益密切。自改革開放以后，隨著我國綜合國力的增強(qiáng)，中國文化以及漢語，吸引了世界各界越來越多的關(guān)注，全球?qū)W習(xí)漢語言的人數(shù)增長迅速。目前漢語成為世界上最熱門的語言之一，相對應(yīng)的各國對漢語教師的需求也急劇增加。鄰邦泰國學(xué)習(xí)漢語的熱情高漲，漢語教育事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展，泰國已經(jīng)成為我國對外漢語傳播的重要基地。 對外漢語的教學(xué)事業(yè)由眾多不可或缺的部分組成，在對外漢語事業(yè)發(fā)展的眾多因素中，優(yōu)秀的對外漢語教師是最關(guān)鍵的一環(huán)。師資力量建設(shè)的成敗，直接決定著我國對外漢語教育事業(yè)能否健康有序發(fā)展。漢語教師志愿者作為對外漢語教師隊伍中的重要組成部分，，是國家推廣漢語語言以及中國文化的使者，肩負(fù)著重大使命。因此，對于漢語教師志愿者的研究也就顯得尤為重要。泰國是擁有最多漢語教師志愿者的國家，據(jù)漢辦志愿者中心統(tǒng)計，截止2013年1月，漢辦派出超過18000人次的志愿者，其中，赴泰漢語教師志愿者達(dá)到8000人次以上。在2012年的3981名志愿者中，泰國的名額超過了1900名，是人數(shù)最多的國家。因此了解這一部分人群的生活現(xiàn)狀，對于漢語推廣的重要性不言而喻。 基于以上種種原因，加之筆者作為一名漢語國際教育專業(yè)的學(xué)生，作為一名正參加赴泰對外漢語教師培訓(xùn)即將踏上工作崗位的老師，自覺有責(zé)任將赴泰漢語教師志愿者的真實(shí)生活狀態(tài)呈現(xiàn)出來。論文通過問卷調(diào)查，小組討論以及深度訪談等相結(jié)合的方法，將最前沿最真實(shí)的赴泰漢語教師志愿者狀況呈現(xiàn)給大家，針對赴泰漢語志愿者的基本情況和具體需求，實(shí)踐過程中遇到的問題及合理化建議等進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析，深入探究，針對問題提出解決對策，對今后泰國漢語教師志愿者項目的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供一些思路和建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the process of economic globalization, the relationship between countries in the world is getting closer and closer. Since the reform and opening up, with the strengthening of China's comprehensive national strength, Chinese culture and Chinese has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life in the world, and the number of people learning Chinese language in the world has increased rapidly. At present, Chinese has become one of the most popular languages in the world. Thailand has become an important base for the dissemination of Chinese as a foreign language. The teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is composed of many indispensable parts. Among the many factors of the development of the cause of Chinese as a foreign language, excellent teachers of Chinese as a foreign language are the most important part. The success or failure of the construction of teachers directly determines the healthy and orderly development of Chinese as a foreign language education in China. As an important part of the Chinese teachers as a foreign language teacher, Chinese teacher volunteers are the emissaries of the national promotion of the Chinese language and Chinese culture, shouldering a great mission. Therefore, the study of Chinese teacher volunteers is particularly important. Thailand has the most Chinese teacher volunteers, according to the statistics of the Chinese volunteers Center, up to January 2013, the Chinese language teachers sent more than 18000 volunteers, including more than 8000 Chinese teachers to Thailand. Of the 3981 volunteers in 2012, Thailand had more than 1900, the largest number. Therefore, understanding the living conditions of this part of the population, the importance of Chinese promotion is self-evident. For the above reasons, in addition, as a student majoring in Chinese international education and as a teacher who is taking part in the training of TCFL to Thailand, he is about to embark on his job. Conscious of the responsibility of Chinese teachers to Thailand volunteers to present the real state of life. Through the methods of questionnaire, group discussion and in-depth interview, the paper presents the most front and truest Chinese teachers' volunteer status to everyone, aiming at the basic situation and specific needs of Chinese volunteers to Thailand. The problems encountered in the course of practice and rationalization suggestions were investigated and analyzed, and the solutions to the problems were put forward, which provided some ideas and suggestions for the further development of the volunteer project for Chinese teachers in Thailand in the future.
