【摘要】：在全球一體化的背景下,國際之間交往廣度和深度不斷提升,不同文化間相互滲透和影響越來越廣泛,不同社會、文化以及不同地區(qū)的人們產(chǎn)生了相互交往的強烈愿望,然而,由于人們在文化取向、價值觀念、社會規(guī)范、思維方式等方面的差異導致不同文化的人在交往時產(chǎn)生“咫尺天涯”之感,由此產(chǎn)生跨文化交際誤解和失敗的例子也屢見不鮮,所以對跨文化交際的研究也就越來越重要。 人類交際有兩種渠道：語言交際和非語言交際。然而在進行交際時,大多數(shù)人只注重語言交際,以為詞語是傳遞和領(lǐng)悟信息的唯一途徑,忽略了非語言行為的信息傳遞。事實上,在交際中我們身體的各個部分在無意識的情況下都會參與到交際中,交際對方不只是獲取語言信息,更會從說話者的手勢、頭部動作、身體動作、視線、語速、語調(diào)、面部表情等來獲取信息,對人距離、周邊環(huán)境以及對時間的認識等因素對交際效果也會產(chǎn)生很大影響。因此要想保證跨文化交際活動能夠順利進行,除了掌握不同國家的語言之外,了解不同國家之間的文化差異、理解其非語言行為也是十分必要的。 中法兩國分別可以代表中西方文化,受不同文化背景的影響,兩國人民在思維方式、價值取向、行為準則等方面存在不少的文化差異,這使得兩國在跨文化交際中各具特色,了解中法非語言交際的差異,對于進行跨文化交際的中國人避免與對方產(chǎn)生摩擦并取得良好的交際效果是有益的。 本文以跨文化交際中非語言交際的理論為依據(jù),采取定性的研究方法采訪了在杭州工作的法國人(教師、學生、歌手、記者)和沒有接觸過中國文化的法國人,以此為語料在參考現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上從非語言交際的幾個方面(體態(tài)語、副語言、客體語、環(huán)境語)入手分析,并輔助以圖表、數(shù)據(jù)、圖片的方式直觀地描述法國人非語言交際的特點,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)中國人和法國人非語言行為的異同,進一步發(fā)現(xiàn)隱藏在非語言行為背后的兩國文化的差異,期望有助于中國人更加了解法蘭西文化習俗,進而更好地進行跨文化交際,為中法兩國人民交流的順利進行以及中法兩國關(guān)系的發(fā)展做出自己的一份貢獻。
[Abstract]:In the context of global integration, the breadth and depth of international exchanges are constantly increasing, and intercultural interaction is becoming more and more widespread. People in different societies, cultures and different regions have strong aspirations to interact with each other, however, Due to the differences in cultural orientation, values, social norms, and ways of thinking, people of different cultures have a sense of "just around the corner" in their communication, and there are common examples of misunderstandings and failures in cross-cultural communication. Therefore, the study of cross-cultural communication is becoming more and more important. There are two channels of human communication: verbal communication and non-verbal communication. However, in communication, most people only pay attention to language communication, thinking that words are the only way to convey and comprehend information, ignoring the information transmission of non-verbal behavior. In fact, in communication, every part of our body is unconsciously involved in communication, not only in terms of verbal information, but also in terms of the speaker's gestures, head movements, body movements, line of sight, speed of speech, intonation. Facial expressions to obtain information, human distance, the surrounding environment and the understanding of time will also have a great impact on the communication effect. Therefore, in order to ensure that cross-cultural communication can be carried out smoothly, it is also necessary to understand the cultural differences among different countries and understand their non-linguistic behaviors, in addition to mastering the languages of different countries. China and France can represent Chinese and western cultures respectively. Influenced by different cultural backgrounds, there are many cultural differences in the way of thinking, value orientation and code of conduct between the two peoples, which makes the two countries have their own characteristics in cross-cultural communication. Understanding the differences between Chinese and French non-verbal communication is beneficial for the Chinese to avoid friction with each other and achieve good communication effect. Based on the theory of non-verbal communication in cross-cultural communication, this paper adopts a qualitative approach to interview French (teachers, students, singers, journalists) working in Hangzhou and French people who have not been exposed to Chinese culture. On the basis of reference to the existing research results, the corpus analyzes several aspects of non-verbal communication (body language, paralanguage, object language, environment language), and assists with charts and data. The method of picture intuitively describes the characteristics of French non-verbal communication, finds the similarities and differences between Chinese and French non-verbal behaviors, and further finds the cultural differences between the two countries hidden behind non-verbal behavior. It is expected that it will help the Chinese to better understand the cultural customs of France, and to make a contribution to the smooth exchange of Chinese and French people and the development of Sino-French relations.
