【摘要】:合作原則是語用學(xué)的一條重要原則。同時(shí),它也是指導(dǎo)人們會(huì)話和交際的重要原則,因此它也引起越來越多的研究者的關(guān)注。目前,在國內(nèi)和國外,對合作原則的一般性研究比較多,但是對于機(jī)構(gòu)話語的研究卻很少。作為一種重要的機(jī)構(gòu)語言,醫(yī)患會(huì)話與我們的日常生活緊密聯(lián)系。因此,本文主要圍繞醫(yī)患會(huì)話中的合作問題來進(jìn)行研究。本文研究對象為中國醫(yī)院門診室內(nèi)醫(yī)生和患者在會(huì)診時(shí)的對話。本研究語料是作者于2014年1-2月在山西省某所三甲醫(yī)院的7大門診內(nèi)收集的。本文采用的12例醫(yī)患對話是從49例錄音語料中隨機(jī)抽取。本研究在全面綜述了國內(nèi)外醫(yī)患互動(dòng)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過轉(zhuǎn)寫和翻譯從山西省某所三甲醫(yī)院門診室內(nèi)收集的錄音語料,創(chuàng)建了合作原則指導(dǎo)下的醫(yī)患會(huì)話分析模式的理論框架。該理論框架,從語用學(xué)的角度分析了醫(yī)患門診會(huì)話中醫(yī)患雙方對新合作原則的遵循和違背情況及其所反映的當(dāng)今中國的醫(yī)患關(guān)系。本文主要根據(jù)新合作原則的五個(gè)準(zhǔn)則,分析醫(yī)生和患者在醫(yī)患門診會(huì)話的各個(gè)階段中對五個(gè)準(zhǔn)則的遵守和違背情況。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)在回答醫(yī)生的提問時(shí)大部分患者會(huì)違反量準(zhǔn)則。(2)許多患者會(huì)違反相關(guān)準(zhǔn)則。(3)許多患者通常會(huì)違反方式準(zhǔn)則。(4)大部分醫(yī)生通常遵守質(zhì)準(zhǔn)則而違反量準(zhǔn)則。(5)醫(yī)生和患者都可能違反態(tài)度準(zhǔn)則,而大部分患者都會(huì)違反態(tài)度準(zhǔn)則。總之,在醫(yī)患門診會(huì)話的六個(gè)階段中,醫(yī)生和患者都應(yīng)遵守新合作原則的五個(gè)準(zhǔn)則,這樣才能促進(jìn)成功的醫(yī)療和友好的醫(yī)患關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The principle of cooperation is an important principle of pragmatics. At the same time, it is also an important principle to guide people's conversation and communication, so it has attracted more and more researchers' attention. At present, there are many general studies on cooperative principles at home and abroad, but few studies on institutional discourse. As an important institutional language, doctor-patient conversation is closely related to our daily life. Therefore, this paper focuses on the cooperation between doctors and patients. The object of this study is the dialogue between the indoor doctor and the patient in the consultation of Chinese hospital outpatient. The corpus of this study was collected in 7 outpatient clinics of a third Class A Hospital in Shanxi Province in January and February 2014. Twelve cases of doctor-patient dialogue were randomly selected from 49 recorded data. On the basis of a comprehensive review of the literature on doctor-patient interaction at home and abroad, this study passes through the transliteration and translation of the recorded language collected from the outpatient clinic of a third Class A Hospital in Shanxi Province. A theoretical framework of doctor-patient conversation analysis model under the guidance of cooperative principle is established. From the perspective of pragmatics, this paper analyzes the adherence and violation of the new principle of cooperation between doctors and patients in the doctor-patient clinic conversation and the relationship between doctors and patients in China today. According to the five principles of new cooperation, this paper analyzes how doctors and patients abide by and violate the five principles in each stage of doctor-patient clinic conversation. The results show that: 1) when answering a doctor's question, most patients will violate the guideline of quantity. (2) many patients will violate the relevant criterion. 3) many patients will usually violate the standard of way. 4) most doctors usually follow the quality criterion and violate the quantity. Guideline No. 5) both doctors and patients may violate the attitude guidelines, Most patients violate attitude guidelines. In conclusion, in the six stages of doctor-patient conversation, both doctors and patients should abide by the five principles of new cooperation, so as to promote successful medical care and friendly doctor-patient relationship.
