布隆迪大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)情況調(diào)查及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:在全球漢語(yǔ)熱的今天,越來(lái)越多的國(guó)家投入到漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的行列中,其中就包括東非的布隆迪。作者在非洲布隆迪大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教育的最前線從事了一年的漢語(yǔ)推廣工作,通過(guò)調(diào)查走訪了解該地區(qū)漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育的實(shí)際情況,采用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式和歸納總結(jié)的方式最終完成本研究。其中調(diào)查的內(nèi)容包括學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)情況,漢語(yǔ)教師教學(xué)情況以及漢語(yǔ)教材使用情況和中布文化差異情況。通過(guò)調(diào)查分析發(fā)現(xiàn)了該地區(qū)漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育存在諸多問(wèn)題,比如學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)動(dòng)機(jī)不純、方法不對(duì)、態(tài)度不好、教師普通話有待提高、經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足、心理承受能力不夠、沒(méi)有活力、教材普及度不夠、類型單一、中布校園文化差異很大等等。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題并結(jié)合本人在布隆迪大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院一年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出了一些相應(yīng)的解決策略,比如充分考慮學(xué)生興趣點(diǎn),激發(fā)學(xué)生潛在的積極學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力、教師教學(xué)要有針對(duì)性和必要的正確引導(dǎo)、志愿者教師應(yīng)加強(qiáng)專業(yè)化的培訓(xùn)和適當(dāng)?shù)男睦硎鑼?dǎo)、加強(qiáng)公派教師師范性,公派教師年輕化、孔子學(xué)院加大對(duì)教材的資金投入,提高教材普及度、一本教材為主,結(jié)合多本教材與實(shí)際情況教學(xué)、在求同存異中嚴(yán)肅課堂紀(jì)律、教師靈活安排漢語(yǔ)課堂的教學(xué)進(jìn)度并提高教學(xué)趣味性等,為布隆迪大學(xué)以及非洲類似地區(qū)漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育的發(fā)展提供了一定幫助。
[Abstract]:In today's global mandarin fever, more and more countries, including Burundi in East Africa, are engaged in learning Chinese. The author has been working on the front line of Chinese language education at the University of Burundi in Africa for one year. Through the investigation and interview, the author finds out the actual situation of international Chinese education in the region. Finally, the research was completed by questionnaire and summary. The contents of the investigation include the students' learning of Chinese, the teaching of Chinese teachers, the use of Chinese teaching materials and the cultural differences between China and China. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that there are many problems in international Chinese education in this area, such as the students' motivation for learning Chinese is not pure, the method is wrong, the attitude is not good, the teachers' Mandarin needs to be improved, their experience is insufficient, their psychological bearing ability is not enough, and they have no vitality. The popularization degree of teaching material is not enough, the type is single, the campus culture difference is very big and so on. Aiming at these problems and combining with my working experience of one year at the Confucius Institute of the University of Burundi, this paper puts forward some corresponding solutions, such as taking full account of the students' interest points and stimulating the students' potential positive learning motivation. Teachers' teaching should be directed in a targeted and necessary way, and volunteer teachers should strengthen their professional training and proper psychological guidance, strengthen the nature of public teachers' teachers, make public teachers younger, and the Confucius Institute should increase its investment in teaching materials. Improve the popularity of teaching materials, one textbook is the main, combined with the actual teaching materials and teaching, serious classroom discipline in seeking common ground while reserving differences, teachers flexible arrangement of Chinese classroom teaching progress and improve teaching fun, etc. For the University of Burundi and similar areas in Africa to provide some help in the development of international education in Chinese.
