中韓飲食俗語(yǔ)比較研究

【摘要】:第二語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的最終目標(biāo)應(yīng)該是為與目的語(yǔ)國(guó)家人進(jìn)行交流。學(xué)習(xí)者為達(dá)到此目標(biāo),學(xué)習(xí)目的語(yǔ),同時(shí)要了解目的語(yǔ)國(guó)家的文化。對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)者來(lái)講,目的語(yǔ)和目的語(yǔ)國(guó)家的文化有密切的聯(lián)系。宗教、藝術(shù)、法律、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣等文化是人們以社會(huì)成員的身份獲得的能力或者總體習(xí)慣,同時(shí)包含社會(huì)成員的價(jià)值觀念和思維方式。尤其吃、住、穿是人們?cè)谏孢^(guò)程中,絕不能缺少的基本條件。因此,學(xué)習(xí)者學(xué)習(xí)目的語(yǔ)的同時(shí)也要了解目的語(yǔ)國(guó)家的飲食文化。 “語(yǔ)言是文化的載體”。從這一觀點(diǎn)來(lái)看,每個(gè)國(guó)家的俗語(yǔ)也可以做一種語(yǔ)言的載體。俗語(yǔ)可以表現(xiàn)出一種語(yǔ)言的特點(diǎn)及發(fā)展過(guò)程,同時(shí)會(huì)表達(dá)一個(gè)國(guó)家的文化和思維方式。本文分析中韓兩國(guó)飲食俗語(yǔ)的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步理解中韓兩國(guó)語(yǔ)言的特征和兩國(guó)文化的異同點(diǎn)。中國(guó)具有廣闊的地理?xiàng)l件,所以可以使用各種各樣的飲食材料。結(jié)果,中國(guó)會(huì)具有相當(dāng)發(fā)達(dá)的飲食文化。與中國(guó)相比較,韓國(guó)面積比較狹窄,大部分地區(qū)的氣候條件也差不多,沒(méi)有很豐富的飲食材料?梢(jiàn),中韓兩國(guó)的地理和氣候條件不同,但兩國(guó)人民都非常重視飲食文化。因此,我們可以通過(guò)兩國(guó)飲食俗語(yǔ)的比較分析,多方面的了解中韓兩國(guó)語(yǔ)言的特點(diǎn),也可以更深入地了解在兩國(guó)共存的文化差異及共同點(diǎn)。 由于地理位置的原因,中韓兩國(guó)互相影響。歷史、文化、政治等在很多方面,兩國(guó)具有異同點(diǎn)。隨著中韓兩國(guó)關(guān)系的發(fā)展,兩國(guó)語(yǔ)言方面的交流也增加了,需要更多的研究資料。通過(guò)本論文,筆者想讓兩國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)者進(jìn)一步了解兩國(guó)語(yǔ)言和文化的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The ultimate goal of second language learning should be to communicate with people in the target language countries. In order to achieve this goal, learners should learn the target language and understand the culture of the target language country. For learners, the target language is closely related to the culture of the target language country. Religion, art, law, custom and other cultures are the abilities or general habits that people acquire as members of the society, and also contain the values and ways of thinking of the members of the society. Especially eating, living and dressing are essential conditions for people to survive. Therefore, learners should also understand the food culture of the target language countries while learning the target language. Language is the carrier of culture. From this point of view, the common saying of every country can also be used as a carrier of a language. Idioms can express the characteristics and development of a language, and at the same time express the culture and mode of thinking of a country. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Chinese and Korean dietary sayings, and further understands the similarities and differences between the Chinese and Korean languages and cultures. China has broad geographical conditions, so it can use a variety of dietary materials. As a result, China will have a fairly developed diet culture. Compared with China, South Korea is relatively narrow, climate conditions are similar in most areas, there is no very rich diet materials. Therefore, China and South Korea have different geographical and climatic conditions, but both peoples attach great importance to food culture. Therefore, we can understand the characteristics of Chinese and Korean languages in many ways through the comparative analysis of the two countries' dietary sayings, and we can also understand the cultural differences and common ground existing in the two countries more deeply. Due to geographical location, China and South Korea influence each other. History, culture, politics and so on in many ways, the two countries have similarities and differences. With the development of the relations between China and South Korea, the exchange of languages between the two countries has increased, and more research materials are needed. Through this thesis, the author wants to make the learners of both countries better understand the characteristics of the two languages and cultures.
