【摘要】：“全國人民代表大會(huì)”和“政協(xié)全國委員會(huì)”（簡稱“兩會(huì)”）被認(rèn)為是中國特色社會(huì)主義民主政治的重要標(biāo)志。在社會(huì)不斷發(fā)展、時(shí)代主題不斷變化的歷史背景下，兩會(huì)的制度和運(yùn)作發(fā)生著變革，新聞媒體對(duì)兩會(huì)的報(bào)道也隨之變化，這不僅僅是我國新聞事業(yè)發(fā)展的體現(xiàn)，更重要的是，它能反映我國的社會(huì)變遷。改革開放以來，我國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革日益深化，兩會(huì)對(duì)國家未來建設(shè)和發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用，在一定程度上決定和推動(dòng)著未來改革和社會(huì)發(fā)展的方向。 論文以《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》兩會(huì)報(bào)道為例，選取了改革開放以后1979年、1983年、1988年、1993年、1998年、2003年、2008年和2012年的報(bào)道作為研究對(duì)象。通過引入話語分析理論的相關(guān)概念和分析方法，闡明新聞兩會(huì)報(bào)道的文本特征和變化，并在此基礎(chǔ)上詳盡說明兩會(huì)報(bào)道的發(fā)展變化與社會(huì)變遷之間相互作用的辯證關(guān)系。論文主要采用英國學(xué)者諾曼·費(fèi)爾克拉夫“文本——話語實(shí)踐——社會(huì)實(shí)踐”三向度的話語分析方法。文本方面主要分析兩會(huì)報(bào)道的詞匯和文本結(jié)構(gòu)變化，，話語實(shí)踐部分對(duì)兩會(huì)報(bào)道的議程設(shè)置和引語使用情況進(jìn)行分析，這兩個(gè)部分注重量化的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，描繪出兩會(huì)報(bào)道新聞話語的歷時(shí)變化。社會(huì)實(shí)踐部分主要探討兩會(huì)報(bào)道出現(xiàn)的新特點(diǎn)新變化背后的社會(huì)文化條件，一方面這是兩會(huì)新聞話語變遷的動(dòng)因，另一方面兩會(huì)描述著我國社會(huì)變遷，這是一個(gè)雙向互動(dòng)過程。社會(huì)變遷主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、媒介、大眾四個(gè)方面展開論述，改革開放以來，經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的改革、民主政治的深入發(fā)展、媒介自身變革和創(chuàng)新、受眾主體意識(shí)和民主意識(shí)的覺醒促進(jìn)了兩會(huì)報(bào)道的不斷革新和進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:The National people's Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) are regarded as important symbols of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. The system and operation of the two sessions are undergoing changes, and the news media's coverage of the two sessions has also changed. This is not only the embodiment of the development of the news industry in our country, but more importantly, it can reflect the social changes in our country. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, The reform of political and economic system in our country is deepening day by day. The two sessions play an important role in the future construction and development of the country, and to a certain extent decide and promote the direction of future reform and social development. Taking the reports of the two sessions of People's Daily as an example, this paper selects the reports from 1979, 1983, 1988, 1988, 1988, 2008 and 2012 after the reform and opening up as the research objects. The relevant concepts and analytical methods of discourse analysis theory are introduced. Clarifying the characteristics and changes of the texts reported by the two conferences, On this basis, the dialectical relationship between the interaction between the development and social changes reported by the two conferences is explained in detail. This paper mainly adopts the three directions of the English scholar Norman Fairkhoff's text-discourse practice-Social practice. In terms of text, it mainly analyzes the changes in vocabulary and text structure reported by the two conferences. The discourse practice part analyzes the agenda setting and the use of quotations reported by the two sessions, which focus on quantitative data statistics. The social practice part mainly discusses the social and cultural conditions behind the new characteristics and new changes in the reporting of the two sessions. On the one hand, this is the reason for the changes in the news discourse of the two sessions. On the other hand, the two sessions describe the social changes in China, which is a two-way interactive process. Social changes are mainly discussed from four aspects: economy, politics, media and the public. Since the reform and opening up, the economic system has been reformed. The deepening development of democratic politics, the reform and innovation of the media itself, the awakening of the audience's subjective consciousness and democratic consciousness promote the continuous innovation and progress of the reports of the two sessions.
