【摘要】：“軟實(shí)力”是上世紀(jì)九十年代約瑟夫·奈教授最先提出的概念。文化是最重要的軟實(shí)力資源。人類(lèi)文化一些方面是普遍的，一些方面是民族的。團(tuán)結(jié)統(tǒng)一的中華民族是海內(nèi)外中華兒女共同的“根”，博大精深的中華文化是海內(nèi)外中華兒女共同的“魂”。海外華人是中國(guó)軟實(shí)力的“承載者”，是中華文化的“傳播者”。海外華文教育是中國(guó)提升文化軟實(shí)力的重要途徑,它對(duì)中國(guó)文化軟實(shí)力的培育和運(yùn)用具有重要意義。作為海外華人一份子的馬來(lái)西亞華人，雖面臨諸多馬來(lái)西亞政府實(shí)施單元教育政策所帶來(lái)的困難和挑戰(zhàn)，，但卻發(fā)展出獨(dú)特且蘊(yùn)含非凡韌力的華文教育體系，得以使中華文化能一直在馬來(lái)西亞華人社群里延續(xù)和發(fā)展。本文旨在探討馬來(lái)西亞華文教育與中國(guó)文化軟實(shí)力兩者之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系，著眼于華文教育的發(fā)展和中國(guó)文化軟實(shí)力構(gòu)建，闡述新形勢(shì)下馬來(lái)西亞華文教育的推進(jìn)與建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:"soft power" was first put forward by Professor Joseph Nye in -10s. Culture is the most important resource of soft power. Some aspects of human culture are universal. The unity of the Chinese nation is the common "root" of the Chinese people at home and abroad, and the broad and profound Chinese culture is the common "soul" of the Chinese people at home and abroad. The overseas Chinese are the "bearer" of China's soft power. "is the" disseminator "of Chinese culture. Overseas Chinese language education is an important way for China to enhance its cultural soft power. It is of great significance to the cultivation and application of Chinese cultural soft power. As part of the overseas Chinese, the Malaysian Chinese are faced with many difficulties and challenges brought about by the implementation of the unit education policy by the Malaysian government. But it has developed a unique and highly resilient Chinese education system, The purpose of this paper is to explore the interaction between Chinese education in Malaysia and the soft power of Chinese culture in Malaysia. Focusing on the development of Chinese language education and the construction of Chinese cultural soft power, this paper expounds the promotion and construction of Malaysian Chinese language education under the new situation.
