漢語教師志愿者的教師認(rèn)知調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】:以教師為研究對象的教師認(rèn)知研究是語言教學(xué)界全新的研究方向。2003年,Simon Borg提出了整合性的“教師認(rèn)知”這一概念,包括了在教師任教的不同階段,和他們各種工作實踐相聯(lián)系的信念、思想和知識構(gòu)成的教師認(rèn)知系統(tǒng),也包括教師的各種教學(xué)實踐(比如教學(xué)決策、教學(xué)互動、教學(xué)管理等),以及教學(xué)實踐與教師認(rèn)知的相互關(guān)系。在本文中,筆者首先對國外教師認(rèn)知的緣起和發(fā)展做了簡單的回顧,并總結(jié)了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)對外漢語教學(xué)界在這方面取得的研究成果。由于筆者既是一名漢語國際教育專業(yè)的研究生又曾經(jīng)在海外做過漢語教師志愿者,這樣的經(jīng)歷觸發(fā)筆者把“漢語教師志愿者”這樣一個特殊群體的教師認(rèn)知作為本文的研究對象。筆者在與二十位志愿者教師進(jìn)行半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出各個志愿者不同的教學(xué)故事。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者從學(xué)生經(jīng)歷,,環(huán)境因素,課堂實踐以及情感因素四方面與志愿者教師認(rèn)知的關(guān)系做了分析,并據(jù)此對志愿者的海外教學(xué)與專業(yè)發(fā)展提出了若干建議。 隨著漢語國際推廣的不斷深入和發(fā)展,越來越多的漢語教師志愿者遠(yuǎn)赴世界各地承擔(dān)起漢語教學(xué)和文化傳播的重任。由于筆者個人能力的限制,文章的內(nèi)容未免比較粗淺,但是筆者希望通過本文的撰寫,能夠引起更多的研究者對志愿者的教師認(rèn)知進(jìn)行研究,這樣的研究為志愿者在認(rèn)知和專業(yè)成長方面提供更多有意義的參考。
[Abstract]:In 2003, Simon Borg put forward the concept of "teacher cognition", which includes different stages of teaching. The teacher's cognitive system, which is linked to their various work practices, also includes the teacher's various teaching practices (such as teaching decision making, teaching interaction, etc.). Teaching management, and the relationship between teaching practice and teachers' cognition. In this paper, the author makes a brief review of the origin and development of foreign teachers' cognition. The author also summarizes the current research achievements in this field in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Since the author is not only a graduate student majoring in Chinese international education, but also has worked as a Chinese teacher volunteer overseas, This kind of experience triggered the author to make the teacher cognition of a special group of "Chinese teacher volunteers" as the object of this study. Based on the semi-structured interviews with 20 volunteer teachers, On this basis, the author analyzes the relationship between the students' experience, environmental factors, classroom practice and emotional factors. Based on this, some suggestions on overseas teaching and professional development of volunteers are put forward. With the continuous deepening and development of the international promotion of Chinese, more and more Chinese teacher volunteers go to various parts of the world to take on the important task of teaching Chinese and spreading culture. Due to the limitations of the author's personal ability, the content of the article is rather shallow. However, the author hopes that through the writing of this paper, more researchers can study the teachers' cognition of volunteers, which provides more meaningful reference for volunteers in cognitive and professional development.
