【摘要】：共同語和方言是主體和變體的關系,它們相對獨立又相互影響。語言規(guī)范的對象是共同語,規(guī)范方式分為建立和維護兩個方面。共同語依據(jù)一定的規(guī)范標準建立起來之后,與方言之間會形成一個接口,共同語的語言成分會通過接口進入方言,反之亦然。因此,為維護共同語的純潔性,還需要在共同語之外的接口設定標準,駐扎監(jiān)管機構(gòu)和隊伍,以阻止消極的方言成分進入共同語,也阻止方言進入本該使用共同語的正式場合。地域方言和包括網(wǎng)絡語言在內(nèi)的社會方言本身不需要規(guī)范,也規(guī)范不了。只要在接口處嚴格把關,方言和共同語就可以和諧共處。
[Abstract]:Common language and dialect are the relations between subject and variant, they are relatively independent and influence each other. The object of language norm is common language. After the common language is established according to a certain standard, the common language will form an interface with the dialect, and the language elements of the common language will enter the dialect through the interface. Vice versa. Therefore, in order to preserve the purity of the common language, it is also necessary to set standards for interfaces other than the common language and to house regulators and teams to prevent negative dialect elements from entering the common language. Regional dialects and social dialects, including Internet languages, do not need to be standardized, nor can they be standardized. As long as the interface is strictly controlled. Dialects and common languages can coexist in harmony.
