【摘要】：本文嘗試對楊絳作品《洗澡》的英文翻譯做出全面分析與客觀評價。作為楊絳的唯一一部小說，《洗澡》在中國當代文學研究領域，贏得了學者們的普遍關注。然而，自從2007年《洗澡》譯文出版以來，很少有人對其進行研究。而這些研究也多是從某個方面對《洗澡》的翻譯展開分析，其中包括全息翻譯觀、語言風格再現(xiàn)、歸化翻譯策略和信息焦點等角度。因此，對該譯本進行全面深入的分析已是迫在眉睫。 本文作者首先從翻譯選擇的角度出發(fā)，著手對《洗澡》英譯本做出分析，，包括文本的選擇，文化立場的選擇，以及如何理解與傳遞文本意義的選擇，而后作者又對譯本的語境特征和結構特征作出分析。譯本的語境特征分析主要從交際語境和語言語境展開，結構特征主要圍繞楊絳最顯著的語言風格——反諷和句法結構展開分析。同時，文章采用了維索爾倫所提出的順應概念作為評價譯文的標準。原文的文化色彩是否盡可能保留？讀者的可接受性是否得到充分重視？楊絳的反諷藝術和語言風格是否得到再現(xiàn)？作者將就此做出詳細分析，并試探性提出自己的建議。
