【摘要】：幽默在人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪须S處可見,作為一種語言現(xiàn)象,有著特殊的語用效果。學者們已從不同的角度,如哲學、心理學、語言學、社會學等角度對幽默進行了研究。Attardo的言語幽默概論(GTVH)被認為是迄今為止最有影響的關于幽默的語言學理論。言語幽默概論提出幽默文本包含六大知識資源或六大參數(shù)(語言、敘述策略、對象、情境、邏輯機制和腳本對立),并指出這六大參數(shù)呈層級排列,位于最高層的腳本對立最重要。本研究以言語幽默概論為理論基礎,選用莫言小說《四十一炮》及葛浩文的英譯本POW!中的言語幽默為研究對象,建立英漢雙語平行數(shù)據(jù)庫,旨在分析小說中漢語言語幽默的特點,探討三類幽默的可譯程度,具體分析三類幽默的翻譯方法,以期為今后言語幽默研究和言語幽默翻譯帶來啟示,并為運用言語幽默概論進行相關研究提供借鑒。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),六大參數(shù)在譯文中保留不變使概念幽默具有最佳可譯性,而參數(shù)的變化尤其是腳本對立的消失是文化專屬類幽默和文字游戲類幽默一直以來難以翻譯的原因。雖然不同幽默的可譯程度不同,采用怎樣的翻譯方法也是幽默能否成功傳遞的重要一環(huán)�？傊�,無論采用何種翻譯方法,譯文要盡量保留六個參數(shù),特別是腳本對立參數(shù)。
