【摘要】：1999年,比利時語言學(xué)家耶夫·維索爾倫(Jef Verschueren)在《語用學(xué)新解》一書中提出順應(yīng)論。維索爾倫將語用學(xué)看作是一種功能性綜觀,其核心內(nèi)容是順應(yīng)論。該理論一經(jīng)提出,就因其賦予語用學(xué)研究新的視角,而受到了語言學(xué)界的廣泛關(guān)注。順應(yīng)論認(rèn)為,語言使用是一個不斷選擇(包括語言內(nèi)和語言外)的過程。語言具有變異性(variability)、商討性(negotiability)和順應(yīng)性(adaptability)三個特性,因此人們可以在交際中做出各種選擇實現(xiàn)他們的交際目的。順應(yīng)的過程會在語言的各個層面上產(chǎn)生。維索爾倫認(rèn)為：應(yīng)該從四個方面研究語言順應(yīng),分別是語境順應(yīng)、結(jié)構(gòu)順應(yīng)、動態(tài)順應(yīng)以及順應(yīng)的意識凸顯程度。李清照是宋朝最杰出的詞人之一,她的詩詞一直以來備受中外許多譯者的關(guān)注。她的作品以憂郁的基調(diào)著稱。對真愛的追求,離愁別緒,相思之苦,愛國之情都在她的詞中得以生動的刻畫。其擅長白描的寫作形式,文字簡練,語言清麗、生動,形成獨特的易安體。本研究以國內(nèi)著名翻譯家許淵沖先生的《宋詞三百首》和美國現(xiàn)代主義詩人、翻譯家肯尼斯·雷克斯羅斯(Kenneth Rexroth)和鐘玲的《李清照詩詞》兩個譯本為研究對象,從順應(yīng)論視角對以韻體翻譯著稱的許淵沖譯作和以自由體翻譯為標(biāo)志的雷克斯羅斯和鐘玲譯作進(jìn)行對比研究,旨在得出順應(yīng)程度較好的譯本,探索李清照詩詞研究的新方法。文章分別從語境性、語言結(jié)構(gòu)選擇性、順應(yīng)的動態(tài)性和意識凸顯性四個分析維度,對兩部譯作的順應(yīng)情況進(jìn)行了對比研究。通過分析,文章得出結(jié)論：許淵沖的韻體翻譯因為過于注重“音美必須押韻、形美必須符合英詩格律”,而致“因韻害義”；而雷克斯羅斯和鐘玲的自由體翻譯則能較好地順應(yīng)其翻譯目的,更易于讓西方讀者接受,更符合西方讀者的審美觀和閱讀習(xí)慣。
