2014年,中國(guó)當(dāng)代作家麥家的小說(shuō)《解密》被翻譯成英文,英譯本Decoded:A Novel在英語(yǔ)國(guó)家受到廣泛的好評(píng)和認(rèn)可。隨后,其英譯本成功入選企鵝經(jīng)典書(shū)庫(kù),成為第一個(gè)也是唯一一個(gè)入選該書(shū)庫(kù)的中國(guó)當(dāng)代小說(shuō),在翻譯界引起了很大的關(guān)注。目前,當(dāng)代中國(guó)文學(xué)在海外的接受情況并不樂(lè)觀,諸多譯本并未得到認(rèn)可和接受。鑒于此,本文將《解密》作為中國(guó)文學(xué)“走出去”的一個(gè)典型案例進(jìn)行研究,希望能找出其走紅的深層原因,以促進(jìn)更多的中國(guó)當(dāng)代文學(xué)作品走出去。近年來(lái),從社會(huì)學(xué)理論的視角研究作品翻譯逐漸成為翻譯研究領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)趨勢(shì)。在諸多社會(huì)學(xué)理論中,法國(guó)著名社會(huì)學(xué)家布迪厄的理論在翻譯研究中運(yùn)用頻次最高。該理論的最大優(yōu)勢(shì)在于可以涉及翻譯活動(dòng)的更多參與者,彌補(bǔ)了以往研究視角的不足,為翻譯研究提供了一個(gè)新的研究思路。此外,在翻譯策略研究領(lǐng)域,翻譯規(guī)范仍然是一個(gè)較好的研究角度。因此,本文將從布迪厄社會(huì)學(xué)理論和翻譯規(guī)范的雙重視角出發(fā),著力研究《解密》的英譯和接受。首先,本文將利用布迪厄理論的三個(gè)核心概念——場(chǎng)域、資本和慣習(xí)分析整個(gè)翻譯過(guò)程中場(chǎng)域的特點(diǎn),不同參與者的資本和譯者慣習(xí)和對(duì)譯本接受的影響。其中,文學(xué)場(chǎng)域中西方讀者對(duì)...
