凱特·肖邦的《覺醒》和丁玲的《莎菲女士的日記》因其刻畫的與世俗格格不入的女性形象,自問世到最后的經典化引起了文學界的廣泛關注,褒貶不一。雖然許多評論家拿這兩部作品和其他女性作家的作品進行比較,然而,尚未有碩士論文專門比較過這兩部作品。兩位不同年代不同國度的女主人公艾德娜和莎菲,隨著女性意識的步步覺醒,扮演著沖出時代樊籠的女性先驅角色。本文從女性主義的角度來分析這兩部作品中兩位女主人公的女性意識,集中比較兩位作家的女性意識,以及兩位女主人公在對待她們的社會背景、社會關系和覺醒過程中女性意識的體現,以此重新審視女性的社會價值和社會地位,呼吁更多地關注女性世界和女性價值的實現。本文包括六個部分,其中第二章到第五章為論文主體。第一章引言部分,介紹凱特·肖邦和她的作品《覺醒》以及丁玲和她的作品《莎菲女士的日記》,評論家對這兩部作品的研究成果以及本文的章節(jié)安排。第二章比較兩位作家凱特·肖邦和丁玲的女性意識。首先介紹女性作家代表人物弗吉尼亞·伍爾夫,西蒙·德·波伏娃和伊萊恩·肖瓦爾特的理論,再分別闡述和比較凱特·肖邦和丁玲各自特有的女性意識。第三章比較兩位女主人公艾德娜和莎菲的社會背景。兩位女主人公...
