較西方國(guó)家而言,中國(guó)有著歷史悠久的農(nóng)耕社會(huì)文化,依附農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)自然形成了豐富的鄉(xiāng)土語(yǔ)言體系。鄉(xiāng)土語(yǔ)言作為特定民族文化的載體,是中國(guó)文化不可或缺的組成部分,具有傳遞中國(guó)特色文化的作用。而在中國(guó)文化走向世界的進(jìn)程中,不同文化的交流仍需翻譯搭建溝通之橋,其作用不可小覷。曹順慶教授提出的比較文學(xué)變異學(xué)通過(guò)研究不同國(guó)家之間文學(xué)現(xiàn)象交流的變異狀態(tài)總結(jié)出文學(xué)變異現(xiàn)象的內(nèi)在規(guī)律。這一理論能夠很好地介紹目前中國(guó)文學(xué)和文化走出去過(guò)程中因?yàn)榉g而出現(xiàn)的諸如語(yǔ)言、文化甚至文學(xué)自身等一系列的變異問(wèn)題,為翻譯研究提供了一個(gè)切實(shí)的新視角�！队衩住肥翘K籍著名作家畢飛宇的重要作品之一,曾獲英仕曼亞洲文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)。這部作品集中體現(xiàn)了畢飛宇的個(gè)人風(fēng)格,同時(shí)也由于含有大量極具江蘇泰州特色的鄉(xiāng)土語(yǔ)言,而大大增加了翻譯的難度,在譯語(yǔ)文化中也必然增加文本的異質(zhì)性。因此,本文選取葛浩文英譯畢飛宇小說(shuō)《玉米》為研究對(duì)象,以比較文學(xué)變異學(xué)為理論框架,采用周領(lǐng)順對(duì)鄉(xiāng)土語(yǔ)言的分類模式,并結(jié)合具體的文本,將《玉米》中的鄉(xiāng)土語(yǔ)言分為八類,即罵語(yǔ)、政治文化詞、諺語(yǔ)、方言、名字、慣用語(yǔ)、稱謂、成語(yǔ)。而后從變異學(xué)三個(gè)層面:跨語(yǔ)言變異,文學(xué)文本變異和跨文化變異...
