蘇童與麥卡勒斯小說的南方情結(jié)及呈現(xiàn)方式比較研究
[Abstract]:Both Chinese writer Su Tong and American southern writer McCarliss are famous writers with great literary influence in their own country, and their works show a kind of special "southern complex". Although the southern culture of China and the United States is very different, it has distinct cultural characteristics in the region. Starting from their familiar southern life, the two writers have created a number of works with remarkable southern characteristics. This paper adopts the method of parallel research. From the influence of regional culture on literary creation, it revolves around Su Tong's poppy House, wife and concubine group, Red Pink, Rice and McCarliss, Heart is a lonely hunter, Song of sad Cafe, "Song of sad Cafe", "Song of sad Cafe". This paper makes a comparative study of the typical texts such as Zhong without pointer, and probes into the southern complex and its presentation mode of Su Tong and McCartes' novels, as well as the cultural phenomena and cultural problems reflected in the cultural environment. In the comparison of the two cultural systems, this paper interprets the two writers' deep concern about the living state and spiritual level of human beings and the tirelessly torturing the complex human nature. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the full text is divided into four chapters: the introduction introduces the position and representative works of Su Tong and Carson McCartes in the history of domestic literature, summarizes the current research status of the two writers, and clarifies the significance of this study. The first chapter mainly explains the construction and representation of the two writers "the Southern World", and describes the characteristics of the feminine and beautiful "Fengyang Tree Village" and "Toon Tree Street" in Su Tong's novels and the declining and isolated southern towns in McCarles' novels, respectively. the first chapter mainly explains the construction and representation of the two writers'"Southern World", and describes the characteristics of the declining and isolated southern towns in Su Tong's novels. The second chapter makes a comparative study of the typical characters in the southern world of the two writers. It is mainly carried out from two aspects, one is the tragic woman in the south of Su Tong and McCarliss' novels, and the other is that the two writers turn their eyes to shaping the lonely soul. The third chapter explores the similarities and differences of the presentation methods chosen by writers to express their southern complex. This paper analyzes the grotesque and Gothic style of his novel, and also includes the absurd presentation of the character's emotion. The fourth chapter explores the motivation of the similarities and differences between Su Tong and McCarliss' southern complex and their presentation from two aspects of childhood experience and regional culture, and compares the complex cultural feelings of the two writers to the southern homeland. Conclusion: this paper further summarizes the relationship between the southern cultural background and the formation of the writer's southern complex and the cultural feelings reflected by the writer in his works, as well as the writer's artistic view of the human spiritual state. Su Tong and McCartes draw nutrition from their respective cultural traditions, integrate the concept of the times and their own life experience, integrate the extracted southern complex into their own texts, and see through their deep thinking on the native land and culture of the south. Starting from the influence of regional culture on the formation of writers' creative personality, this paper analyzes in detail the constituent elements of the southern complex of the two writers and their special feelings for the native land of the south. Thus, this paper interprets the artistic world of two different countries but similar writers from a new perspective, and sees the common spiritual dilemma and the complexity behind human nature in different cultural backgrounds.
