【摘要】：在系統(tǒng)論視野下,工匠文化體系實(shí)質(zhì)就是工匠群體所創(chuàng)生的區(qū)域文化聚集區(qū),并由一定數(shù)量的具有相對獨(dú)立性的特質(zhì)文化及其子文化構(gòu)成。工匠文化是人類社會最為重要的手作知識系統(tǒng),它的周邊聚集了工匠創(chuàng)物、工匠手作、工匠制度、工匠精神等四位數(shù)量的特質(zhì)文化,從而建構(gòu)出完整的"四位一體"的工匠文化知識體系。工匠精神是工匠文化體系中的最為核心文化,對它的展開就是對工匠文化的傳承與創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的一種社會化路徑的選擇與定位,并在一定程度上反映工匠精神在社會職場、精神文明建設(shè)以及生命文化譜系中的救贖價值。
[Abstract]:In the view of system theory, artisans' cultural system is essentially a regional cultural gathering area created by craftsmen, and is composed of a certain number of relatively independent characteristic cultures and their children's cultures. Artisan culture is the most important handwork knowledge system in human society. It is surrounded by a four-digit idiosyncratic culture of artisan creation, craftsmanship, and craftsmanship. Thus, a complete knowledge system of craftsman's culture is constructed. Craftsman spirit is the most core culture in the craftsman culture system. Its development is the choice and orientation of a socialized path for the inheritance and innovative development of the craftsman's culture, and to a certain extent reflects the craftsman's spirit in the social workplace. The value of redemption in the construction of spiritual civilization and the genealogy of life culture.
