【摘要】："張?zhí)镲炗?是韶關(guān)新豐縣梅坑鎮(zhèn)張?zhí)锎宕迕竦膫鹘y(tǒng)手工藝,所刻餅印傳遞著華人傳統(tǒng)的中秋文化、飲食文化以及吉祥文化。"張?zhí)镲炗?是村民們改善生活的一個普通手工勞作,由傳統(tǒng)祠堂、祖牌雕刻工藝發(fā)跡,改革開放初期海外市場聞名,興盛于改革中期。通過田野調(diào)查與資料分析,厘清"張?zhí)镲炗?的起源說法,梳理"張?zhí)镲炗?由保守到開放,競爭與合作等各發(fā)展階段,歸納出"張?zhí)镲炗?發(fā)展的地緣、業(yè)緣、機(jī)緣等特點(diǎn),較完整地總結(jié)一項普通民間手工藝的生存發(fā)展現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:"Zhangtian cake seal" is the traditional handicraft of the villagers of Zhangtian Village, Mei Hang Town, Xinfeng County, Shaoguan. It conveys the Chinese traditional Mid-Autumn Festival culture, food culture and auspicious culture. " Zhangtian Cake Seal "is a common manual work for villagers to improve their lives. It was made by traditional ancestral halls and engraving techniques of ancestral plates. The overseas market was famous in the early stage of reform and opening up, and it flourished in the middle of the reform and opening up. Through field investigation and data analysis, this paper clarifies the origin of "Zhangtian cake seal", combs the development stages of "Zhangtian cake seal" from conservative to open, competition and cooperation, and sums up the characteristics of the development of "Zhangtian cake seal", such as geography, industry, opportunity and so on. A relatively complete summary of a common folk handicraft survival and development phenomenon.
