【摘要】：在留學(xué)中介、藝考中介鋪天蓋地的今天,藝術(shù)特長生培訓(xùn)中介市場卻仍像一片未被開發(fā)的"處女地",唯有"全國特長生聯(lián)盟"一枝獨(dú)秀。"特聯(lián)"的成功既有其必然性又有偶然性,從"特聯(lián)"一枝獨(dú)秀的原因入手,探究并分析我國藝特生中介市場存在的供求不平衡、價(jià)格過高、合法性等問題,并根據(jù)上述問題提出如下政策建議:督促藝術(shù)特長招生高校建立公開、清晰的信息平臺(tái);給予藝特生清晰、明確的政策引導(dǎo);規(guī)范現(xiàn)有藝特生中介;調(diào)整、規(guī)范藝術(shù)特長生招生政策,減少對(duì)策行為。
[Abstract]:Today, the intermediary market is still like an undeveloped "virgin land", only the "National Alliance of special students" is only a single show. The success of "special union" has its inevitability and contingency. From the cause of "special couplet", we explore and analyze the special intermediary market of Chinese art. There are some problems, such as imbalance of supply and demand, high price, legitimacy and so on. According to the above questions, the following policy suggestions are put forward: to supervise and promote the establishment of open and clear information platform for art special enrollment colleges and universities; to give special students a clear and clear policy guidance; to standardize the existing special students' intermediary; to adjust and standardize the enrolment policies of art special students and to reduce countermeasures behavior.
