【摘要】：近期,南京曉莊學(xué)院發(fā)展規(guī)劃處組織安排了研修課程,建立了一個(gè)開(kāi)放式的、啟發(fā)式的平臺(tái)。本次課程學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中多位教授、博導(dǎo)的精彩講座和學(xué)員之間的互相學(xué)習(xí)交流,拓展了教師的教學(xué)思路,這也將是未來(lái)各類(lèi)具體專(zhuān)業(yè)課程教育教學(xué)改革與變通的起點(diǎn)。對(duì)于高校美術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)教師來(lái)說(shuō),不斷思考與更新美術(shù)類(lèi)學(xué)科教學(xué)理念,接納并吸收新教學(xué)思路、教學(xué)方法是本職所在。筆者將在具體教學(xué)過(guò)程中不斷提升教育教學(xué)品質(zhì),也將更多地關(guān)注美術(shù)類(lèi)學(xué)科學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)需求,根據(jù)需求制訂教學(xué)方面的系列培養(yǎng)方案,進(jìn)行教學(xué)相關(guān)變革,使得自身的教學(xué)與科研水平齊頭并進(jìn),繼續(xù)努力博學(xué)善教,平衡精英教育、拔尖教育與普及教育、通識(shí)教育之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Recently, the Department of Development Planning of Nanjing Xiaozhuang University organized the course and set up an open and heuristic platform. In the course of this course, many professors, excellent lectures and exchange of students have expanded the teaching ideas of teachers, which will also be the starting point of teaching reform and adaptation of various specific courses in the future. For the art teachers in colleges and universities, it is their duty to constantly think and renew the teaching ideas of fine arts, to accept and absorb new teaching ideas. The author will constantly improve the quality of education and teaching in the specific teaching process, and will pay more attention to the learning needs of the students of fine arts, formulate a series of training programs in teaching according to the needs, and carry out the teaching related changes. Make their own teaching and scientific research level go hand in hand, continue to strive to learn, balance elite education, top education and universal education, general education.
