【摘要】： 本文以英國泰特美術(shù)館為案例,通過對英國文化政策,公眾對藝術(shù)博物館的需求,以及博物館管理理念的變革等三個方面內(nèi)容的分析,來研究當(dāng)下英國藝術(shù)博物館面臨的主要問題。論文研究的目的和意義在于,通過剖析英國藝術(shù)博物館的現(xiàn)狀,給中國的藝術(shù)博物館管理實(shí)踐和研究帶來參考和借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 論文主要采用案例分析、數(shù)據(jù)資料以及文獻(xiàn)分析的方法。通過泰特美術(shù)館的案例分析引入論文討論主題,即：博物館呈現(xiàn)特點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生的背景和動因,博物館應(yīng)對需求而進(jìn)行的變革,以及變革帶來了什么樣的結(jié)果。 研究結(jié)果顯示在政策和公眾需求的雙重壓力下,迫使博物館走出原來的象牙塔越來越關(guān)注外部對其的需要。然而,變革并沒有達(dá)到來自于政策的預(yù)期,只是讓博物館陷入更深的要承擔(dān)過多的社會責(zé)任的境地中。與此同時,藝術(shù)博物館的變革也并沒有從根本上改變博物館的觀眾構(gòu)成狀況。
[Abstract]:This article takes Tate Art Museum as an example, through the analysis of the British cultural policy, the public demand for art museum, and the change of museum management idea. The purpose and significance of this paper is to analyze the present situation of the British Museum of Art and bring reference and experience to the management practice and research of Chinese Art Museum. This paper mainly adopts the methods of case analysis, data analysis and literature analysis. Through the case analysis of Tate Art Museum, it introduces the theme of the paper, that is, the background and motivation of the appearance characteristics of the museum. The changes made by museums in response to demand, and the results of these changes. The results show that under the pressure of both policy and public demand, museums are forced out of the original ivory tower to pay more attention to their external needs. However, the changes have not met the expectations of policy. At the same time, the changes in art museums have not fundamentally changed the composition of the museum's audience.
