接受美學(xué)視角下兒童文學(xué)的文化翻譯研究

【摘要】: 自從翻譯的文化轉(zhuǎn)向之后,許多學(xué)者都在這方面做了相關(guān)研究。與其它領(lǐng)域的文化翻譯相比較,兒童文學(xué)中的文化翻譯需要更多的關(guān)注。作為文學(xué)翻譯的一個(gè)部分,兒童文學(xué)翻譯常常被人們忽視。一提到兒童文學(xué)翻譯,人們會(huì)輕易地認(rèn)為譯者用淺顯易懂的詞語(yǔ)、短句將原文的意思表達(dá)出來(lái)就可以了。實(shí)際上,兒童文學(xué)在題材、主題、故事結(jié)構(gòu)等方面都有不同于成人文學(xué)的價(jià)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文總結(jié)了目前兒童文學(xué)英漢翻譯中存在的問(wèn)題,論證了兒童文學(xué)中文化翻譯研究的必要性。 接受美學(xué)理論強(qiáng)調(diào)讀者的地位,認(rèn)為讀者的接受對(duì)作品意義的實(shí)現(xiàn)起著決定性作用。將接受理論應(yīng)用于兒童文學(xué)翻譯,能夠指導(dǎo)譯者注重兒童讀者的特殊性。本文結(jié)合接受美學(xué)理論的主要觀(guān)點(diǎn),揭示了其對(duì)兒童文學(xué)文化翻譯的啟示:譯者應(yīng)該謹(jǐn)記譯作的讀者是兒童;歸化和異化都注重兒童的文化知識(shí)和接受能力,具體選擇哪個(gè)策略要根據(jù)兒童的文化背景。在兒童可接受的范圍內(nèi)異化能保留原文的文化內(nèi)容,以擴(kuò)大兒童的視野,增長(zhǎng)知識(shí),適應(yīng)全球化條件下交流的需要。 通過(guò)分析《夏洛的網(wǎng)》兩個(gè)漢譯本中文化翻譯的譯例,以期讓譯者了解讀者為中心的翻譯意識(shí),以及如何照顧讀者的期待視野,提供好的適合兒童的翻譯。
[Abstract]:Since the cultural turn of translation, many scholars have done some research in this field. Compared with cultural translation in other fields, cultural translation in children's literature needs more attention. As a part of literary translation, cultural translation in children's literature needs more attention. Children's literature translation is often ignored. When it comes to children's literature translation, it is easy to think that the translator can express the meaning of the original with simple and easy words and short sentences. This paper summarizes the existing problems in English-Chinese translation of children's literature and demonstrates the necessity of cultural translation in children's literature. The theory of reception aesthetics emphasizes the position of the reader and holds that the acceptance of the reader plays a decisive role in the realization of the meaning of the work, and the reception theory is applied to the translation of children's literature. This paper, in combination with the main viewpoints of reception aesthetics, reveals the implications for the translation of children's literature and culture: the translator should bear in mind that the reader of the translation is a child; Both domestication and alienation pay attention to the children's cultural knowledge and receptivity, and choose which strategies should be selected according to the children's cultural background. Alienation can retain the cultural content of the original text within the range acceptable to the children, so as to expand the children's horizons and increase their knowledge. Adapt to the need of communication under the condition of globalization. By analyzing the examples of cultural translation in the two Chinese versions of "Charlotte's Web", the author hopes to make the translator understand the reader-centered translation consciousness and how to take care of the reader's horizon of expectation and provide a good child-friendly translation.
