【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯實踐報告,選譯文本為《非你莫屬》(第七章、第八章)。該小說由威爾士女作家瑪麗·巴洛格創(chuàng)作,內(nèi)容通俗易懂,情節(jié)波折起伏,適于大眾閱讀,具有很強的娛樂性。該小說目前尚未有中文譯本,符合翻譯文本的選擇條件。本報告分析、總結(jié)了在翻譯實踐過程中遇到的翻譯難點,探討了翻譯難點的解決方法,旨在為今后的小說翻譯活動提供分析思路和參考。在翻譯過程中,譯者以歸化的翻譯策略為主要指導(dǎo),對文中出現(xiàn)的重難點詞匯、句子進行了標(biāo)記,根據(jù)選定的翻譯策略,選擇適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒?對這些詞匯及句子進行翻譯。對于有多個含義的詞匯,筆者根據(jù)其字典釋義、在文中的詞性、語境來選擇具體詞義。對于詞匯流暢表達問題,筆者采取了詞性轉(zhuǎn)換的翻譯方法。在中英文語義對等方面,筆者將英文中暗含的語義在中文中表達出來,使譯文更加清晰。在句子層面,筆者在分析原句結(jié)構(gòu)后,采用了語態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換、順句操作和分譯的方法來進行翻譯。本翻譯實踐活動表明:翻譯策略作為翻譯活動的指導(dǎo)具有不可忽略的重要性;翻譯是兩種不同語言之間的轉(zhuǎn)換,對其中任何一方語言掌握不足,都難以做好翻譯;在翻譯過程,除了翻譯所需專業(yè)知識外,譯者還需有認真耐心的態(tài)度,不斷地修正譯文,才能進步。
[Abstract]:This article is a translation practice report. The selected translation is "No you belong" (Chapter 7, Chapter 8). The novel is written by Mary Barroger, a Welsh woman writer, whose content is easy to understand, the plot is ups and downs, and the novel is suitable for public reading. The novel is highly entertaining. There is no Chinese translation of the novel at present, which conforms to the conditions for the selection of the translated text. This report analyzes the translation difficulties encountered in the course of translation practice, and discusses the solutions to the translation difficulties. In the process of translation, the translator, guided mainly by domesticated translation strategies, marks the important and difficult words and sentences that appear in the text, according to the selected translation strategies. Choose the appropriate method to translate these words and sentences. For the words with multiple meanings, the author chooses the specific meaning according to the dictionary interpretation, the part of speech in the text, the context. The author adopts the translation method of part of speech conversion. In the aspect of semantic equivalence in English and Chinese, the implied semantics in English are expressed in Chinese to make the translation more clear. At the sentence level, the author analyzes the structure of the original sentence. This translation practice shows the importance of translation strategies as the guidance of translation activities, and translation is a conversion between two different languages. It is difficult to do a good job in translation if one of the languages is not well mastered. In the process of translation, in addition to the professional knowledge required for translation, the translator also needs a serious and patient attitude to constantly revise the translation in order to make progress.
