【摘要】：正三年多前,在北京友誼賓館召開國(guó)家藝術(shù)基金成立的通氣會(huì),那時(shí)國(guó)家藝術(shù)基金第一次走入公眾視線,還只是一個(gè)陌生的概念、仿佛一張?zhí)摌?gòu)的圖紙。然而經(jīng)過國(guó)家藝術(shù)基金三年扎扎實(shí)實(shí)的工作,其形象和職責(zé)日漸清晰,深深地扎進(jìn)廣大藝術(shù)工作者心中,成為指揮創(chuàng)作生產(chǎn)的重要指針和標(biāo)尺。三年來(lái),我有幸作為國(guó)家藝術(shù)基金的見證者、記錄者和"受益者",伴隨著它的成長(zhǎng)——見證著,文化藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域一項(xiàng)偉大的體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新,從摸索到成熟;記錄著,國(guó)家藝術(shù)基金的創(chuàng)新理念和舉措;說是"受益
[Abstract]:Just over three years ago, at the Traveller Friendship Hostel in Beijing, when the National Art Foundation was set up, it was the first time that the National Art Fund was in the public eye. It was a strange concept. As if a fictional drawing. However, after three years of solid work of the National Art Fund, its image and responsibilities are increasingly clear, deeply rooted in the hearts of the majority of art workers.
