【摘要】：謂公共藝術(shù)?藝術(shù)范疇中公共藝術(shù)又有哪些共性?脫離藝術(shù)館的藝術(shù),考慮空間特征的藝術(shù),城市環(huán)境藝術(shù)等可以對(duì)其做充分說(shuō)明,但是并不能說(shuō)這些定義對(duì)“公共藝術(shù)”一詞做出的描述非常準(zhǔn)確。因?yàn)闊o(wú)論使用何種方式去定義“公共藝術(shù)”,總會(huì)有例外情況出現(xiàn)。因此,到底如何解釋“公共藝術(shù)”也一直是藝術(shù)界討論的焦點(diǎn)所在。本文首先對(duì)關(guān)系性及若干論點(diǎn)進(jìn)行深度剖析,討論藝術(shù)與公共性所存在的緊密聯(lián)系,從而加深對(duì)公共藝術(shù)的理解。然后從公共藝術(shù)的常見(jiàn)批判點(diǎn)切入,提出藝術(shù)自由性是公共藝術(shù)的前提的這一主張。同時(shí)使用列舉實(shí)例的方法,對(duì)一些被忽略的部分進(jìn)行理解并做批判性探討。最后以漢娜阿倫特提出的公共性概念為基礎(chǔ),揭示公共藝術(shù)的溝通多樣性是藝術(shù)與大眾的溝通的基礎(chǔ),并對(duì)公共藝術(shù)未來(lái)發(fā)展提出自己的建議與主張。文章大致分為三個(gè)部分:一、提出公共藝術(shù)的概念,闡述公共藝術(shù)出現(xiàn)的背景以發(fā)展變化。二、通過(guò)對(duì)公共藝術(shù)的普遍性討論和批判,結(jié)合藝術(shù)家理論,站在客觀角度說(shuō)明討論及批判存在一定片面性。三、通過(guò)列舉成功與失敗的作品實(shí)例,從正反兩方面得出“多樣性”是公共藝術(shù)與公共性所存在的必然聯(lián)系,同時(shí)揭示公共藝術(shù)多樣性是連接二者的重要條件。本文以“公共藝術(shù)”作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),在回顧其發(fā)展歷程后,通過(guò)經(jīng)典實(shí)例,對(duì)正反兩方面進(jìn)行客觀理解,將自身對(duì)公共藝術(shù)的理解提升到一個(gè)新的高度。
[Abstract]:Public art? What are the commonalities of public art in the category of art? From the art museum, the art of considering the characteristics of space, urban environment art and so on can be fully explained. However, it is not possible to say that these definitions describe the term "public art" very accurately, since there are always exceptions to the definition of "public art" no matter how it is defined. How to explain "public art" has always been the focus of discussion in the art circle. Firstly, this paper deeply analyzes the relationship and some arguments, and discusses the close relationship between art and publicity. In order to deepen the understanding of public art. Then from the common criticism point of public art, put forward the idea that artistic freedom is the premise of public art. At the same time, use the method of enumerating examples. Finally, based on the concept of publicity put forward by Hannah Arendt, it is revealed that the communication diversity of public art is the basis of communication between art and the public. And the future development of public art put forward their own suggestions and propositions. The article is divided into three parts: first, put forward the concept of public art, explain the background of public art in order to develop and change. Through the universal discussion and criticism of public art, combined with the theory of artists, standing in an objective point of view that there is a certain one-sidedness of the discussion and criticism. Third, by enumerating the success and failure of the work examples. From the positive and negative aspects, it is concluded that "diversity" is the inevitable connection between public art and publicity, and it is also revealed that the diversity of public art is an important condition to connect the two. This paper takes "public art" as the starting point. After reviewing its development course, through the classical example, carries on the objective understanding to the positive and the negative two aspects, elevates own understanding to the public art to a new height.
