【摘要】：詹姆斯·奧古斯丁·喬伊斯(James Augustine Joyce,1882-1941),被譽(yù)為二十世紀(jì)最偉大的小說(shuō)家之一、現(xiàn)代派文學(xué)巨匠、意識(shí)流寫作的大師。他的作品思想深邃,展現(xiàn)了二十世紀(jì)愛(ài)爾蘭小市民的生存狀態(tài)與內(nèi)心情感。其代表作品《尤利西斯》通過(guò)主人公布魯姆在1904年6月16日早上八點(diǎn)至次日凌晨四點(diǎn)二十個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)的游蕩展現(xiàn)了諸多都柏林人一天的生活。小說(shuō)被譽(yù)為二十世紀(jì)最偉大的英語(yǔ)文學(xué)著作,是二十世紀(jì)具有代表性的創(chuàng)新性實(shí)驗(yàn)文本。國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者于1922年首次在評(píng)論文章中提及《尤利西斯》。自1994年中文全譯本出版以來(lái),學(xué)者對(duì)小說(shuō)的研究呈現(xiàn)日益深化趨勢(shì)。以接受美學(xué)為理論支撐探究文本在中國(guó)的譯介與接受,按照時(shí)間順序梳理國(guó)內(nèi)小說(shuō)研究的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),有助于后世學(xué)者借鑒前人論述成果進(jìn)而開(kāi)展有效的文學(xué)批評(píng),這對(duì)喬伊斯及小說(shuō)《尤利西斯》都有一定的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。本文除緒論及結(jié)語(yǔ)部分外共分為上下兩編,上編為文本在中國(guó)的譯介綜述,下編則側(cè)重從批評(píng)方面闡釋小說(shuō)在國(guó)內(nèi)的傳播,從譯介及研究?jī)煞矫孢M(jìn)行梳理,反思《尤利西斯》在國(guó)內(nèi)的傳播情況。緒論第一部分簡(jiǎn)要闡述詹姆斯·喬伊斯其人,小說(shuō)《尤利西斯》的主要內(nèi)容及其在文學(xué)史中的地位與影響;第二部分則簡(jiǎn)要論述《尤利西斯》的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究歷程及成果;第三部分則是對(duì)論文選題價(jià)值及意義的說(shuō)明。上編共分為兩章,第一章“《尤利西斯》在中國(guó)的翻譯綜述”主要敘述小說(shuō)在國(guó)內(nèi)的譯介情況,包括最初章節(jié)節(jié)譯及至今已出版發(fā)行的四種中文全譯本,按照時(shí)間順序詳細(xì)概述了國(guó)內(nèi)《尤利西斯》譯介成果。第二章“《尤利西斯》中譯本個(gè)案比較”則針對(duì)同階段出版的蕭乾、文潔若譯本及金杽譯本進(jìn)行詳細(xì)對(duì)比分析,并以英文原著為依據(jù),展現(xiàn)其在章節(jié)形式、人物指代、句式結(jié)構(gòu)、字句斟酌等方面的差異。之后,以兩部譯本為例,著重探討譯者翻譯觀念、翻譯策略及潛在讀者的確定對(duì)譯介成果的直接影響,并對(duì)蕭乾、文潔若及金杽三位譯者文學(xué)譯介成果進(jìn)行高度評(píng)價(jià)。下編同樣分為兩章,第一章“《尤利西斯》在中國(guó)的接受歷程”是國(guó)內(nèi)小說(shuō)批評(píng)史的總體回顧。該章分為兩節(jié),并以中文全譯本的誕生時(shí)間1994年為分界線,依據(jù)時(shí)間脈絡(luò),較為全面地概括了國(guó)內(nèi)近百年來(lái)《尤利西斯》的研究成果。第二章“《尤利西斯》在中國(guó)接受狀況的反思”則是基于前一章研究狀況的深度分析及闡發(fā),第一節(jié)著重展現(xiàn)意識(shí)形態(tài)等社會(huì)歷史狀況對(duì)文本研究的制約,強(qiáng)調(diào)文學(xué)作品與意識(shí)形態(tài)的獨(dú)特關(guān)聯(lián);第二節(jié)則以接受美學(xué)為理論支撐,強(qiáng)調(diào)讀者期待視野在小說(shuō)傳播過(guò)程中的影響。結(jié)語(yǔ)部分則是對(duì)《尤利西斯》在國(guó)內(nèi)九十多年譯介及傳播過(guò)程的反思與展望,對(duì)論文敘述內(nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié)概述。
[Abstract]:James Augustin Joyce (James Augustine, Joyce, 1882-1941), known as one of the greatest writers in the twentieth Century, modern literary master, master of stream of consciousness writing.
