【摘要】：印第安文學主要以印第安人的生活、文化、精神信仰等為寫作主題,倡導人與人,人與自然之間平等、友愛、和平。路易斯·厄德里克是美國土著印第安文學的代表人物,在美國本土享有極高的文學地位。她的小說具有濃烈的印第安文化氣息,其作品《圓屋》融入印第安奧吉布瓦族口述相傳的部落歷史和傳奇故事,蘊含著豐富而古老的印第安文化。筆者希望通過翻譯《圓屋》讓中國讀者更深入地了解美國印第安文學,促進印第安文化與中國文化的交融,增進印第安文學與中國文學的交流。本報告以生態(tài)翻譯理論為依托,對翻譯中出現(xiàn)的問題進行分析,并探討采用什么樣的翻譯方法及策略解決疑難問題。生態(tài)翻譯學的基礎理論是翻譯適應選擇論,認為譯者在翻譯中處于中心地位,遵循多維度的“選擇性適應與適應性選擇”的翻譯原則和“三維轉換”即語言維、文化維和交際維的適應性選擇轉換的翻譯方法,以使譯文最大程度實現(xiàn)原文的生態(tài)結構。筆者在翻譯實踐報告中,發(fā)揮譯者的主體作用,運用生態(tài)翻譯三維轉換原則,重點就以下三個方面進行了探討：語言形式轉換,主要采用了類比、增譯、轉換、句子重組法；文化轉換,主要采用直譯加注法和意譯法；交際轉換,采用平行法和普通化處理方法。此外,在實際翻譯過程中,還綜合運用了減譯、順譯等翻譯方法。本報告說明,小說翻譯不僅要求譯者能夠準確理解原文內容,具備良好的文學素養(yǎng),同時應熟知原作中所涉及的文化歷史,充分考慮如何在譯文中選擇性適應地將文化因素傳遞給目標讀者。譯者在忠實傳遞原文信息的基礎上,應使譯文符合譯入語的表達習慣,確保語句通順流暢并保持原文的風格。
