【摘要】：職業(yè)道德是從業(yè)人員在職業(yè)活動(dòng)中應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循的道德，是一般社會(huì)道德在職業(yè)活動(dòng)中的體現(xiàn)。藝人職業(yè)道德是從事娛樂、文藝職業(yè)的專業(yè)人員在履行藝術(shù)道路職業(yè)過程中，，所應(yīng)遵循的道德觀念和行為規(guī)范的總和，是社會(huì)道德在娛樂、文藝領(lǐng)域中的具體體現(xiàn)。藝人職業(yè)道德在協(xié)調(diào)職業(yè)內(nèi)部藝人間的相互關(guān)系以及藝人的社會(huì)責(zé)任承擔(dān)方面發(fā)揮著巨大的作用，是考量藝人職業(yè)行為品質(zhì)的標(biāo)桿。藝人職業(yè)道德的基礎(chǔ)價(jià)值是藝德，藝德是藝人的基本出發(fā)點(diǎn)，是藝人不斷追求的重要價(jià)值目標(biāo)，也是藝人職業(yè)道德的精髓所在。藝人職業(yè)道德在藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域具有積極的作用，同時(shí)也存在著局限性。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、個(gè)案研究與綜合研究相統(tǒng)一、理論研究與案例研究相結(jié)合等方法對(duì)藝人職業(yè)道德問題進(jìn)行探討。不僅探討了藝人職業(yè)道德的相關(guān)界定及其追溯，而且分析了藝人職業(yè)道德的要求與特點(diǎn)，還詳細(xì)地分析了藝人職業(yè)道德現(xiàn)狀，最后探討了藝人職業(yè)道德提升的路徑,即：第一，用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀引領(lǐng)藝人的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀；第二，通過道德和法律制度建設(shè)來矯正藝人的失范行為；第三，在完善社會(huì)監(jiān)督中營造良好的輿論監(jiān)督環(huán)境；第四，在不斷學(xué)習(xí)與修養(yǎng)中提升藝人的自身素質(zhì)；第五，加強(qiáng)藝人職業(yè)道德教育及藝術(shù)院校學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics is the morality that practitioners should follow in their professional activities and the embodiment of general social morality in professional activities. The professional ethics of entertainers is the sum of moral concepts and codes of conduct which should be followed by professional personnel engaged in entertainment and literature and art in the process of performing their career of art. It is also the concrete embodiment of social morality in the field of entertainment and literature and art. Artist professional ethics plays an important role in the coordination of the relationship between the artists and the social responsibility of the artists. It is a benchmark for the consideration of the professional behavior quality of the artists. The basic value of artist's professional ethics is art virtue, which is the basic starting point of artist, the important value goal of artist's constant pursuit, and the essence of artist's professional ethics. Artist professional ethics plays an active role in the field of art, but also has its limitations. This paper discusses the professional ethics of entertainers by the methods of literature research, case study and comprehensive study, and the combination of theoretical research and case study. This paper not only discusses the definition and tracing of the artist's professional ethics, but also analyzes the requirements and characteristics of the artist's professional ethics, analyzes in detail the present situation of the artist's professional ethics, and finally probes into the path of the artist's professional ethics promotion, that is, first, Leading artists' professional values with socialist core values; Second, through the construction of moral and legal system to correct the abnormal behavior of artists; third, in the improvement of social supervision to create a good environment of supervision by public opinion; fourth, to improve the quality of artists in the process of continuous learning and self-cultivation; Fifth, strengthen the professional ethics education of artists and the professional ethics education of art college students.
