【摘要】:伯明翰學(xué)派是西方馬克思主義的重要流派,它以文學(xué)研究為起點(diǎn)建構(gòu)了自己獨(dú)特的文化觀念與通俗文化理論,進(jìn)而對(duì)當(dāng)代文學(xué)研究產(chǎn)生了很大的沖擊。所以,將伯明翰學(xué)派的文化觀念與通俗文化理論作為研究的課題,對(duì)于當(dāng)代文學(xué)研究來(lái)說(shuō)是很有價(jià)值的。此外,研究伯明翰學(xué)派的文化觀念與通俗文化理論對(duì)當(dāng)代的文化研究也有著不可忽視的重要意義。我們知道,文化研究產(chǎn)生于20世紀(jì)60年代,在近五十年的時(shí)間里蔓延到了全世界的許多研究領(lǐng)域,并對(duì)它們產(chǎn)生了廣泛而深刻的影響,而大部分學(xué)者都認(rèn)為伯明翰學(xué)派的文化觀念與通俗文化理論就是文化研究的契機(jī)與源頭。因而,,從介入學(xué)術(shù)前沿的角度看,對(duì)伯明翰學(xué)派的文化觀念與通俗文化理論作出系統(tǒng)而深入的研究對(duì)于解決當(dāng)代文化研究中出現(xiàn)的種種問(wèn)題,對(duì)于考察文化研究思潮對(duì)其它理論與思潮的影響,對(duì)于建設(shè)有中國(guó)特色的文化理論、通俗文化理論以及大眾文化理論等都有著不可估量的價(jià)值與意義。這些研究?jī)r(jià)值表明,對(duì)伯明翰學(xué)派的文化觀念與通俗文化理論的研究勢(shì)在必行。我們知道,伯明翰學(xué)派的文化觀念與通俗文化理論的研究?jī)r(jià)值只有通過(guò)對(duì)它的綜合研究才能夠既全面又深刻地體現(xiàn)出來(lái)。然而,無(wú)論是在國(guó)內(nèi)還是在國(guó)外,對(duì)這一理論的綜合研究顯然都還不夠充分。因此,本論文的主要目的就是要在詳細(xì)閱讀、理解伯明翰學(xué)派重要原著的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)伯明翰學(xué)派的文化觀念與通俗文化理論作出系統(tǒng)而深入的綜合研究,并給出辯證的評(píng)價(jià),希望能夠既有助于對(duì)該學(xué)派的這一理論有個(gè)全面的了解,也能夠促進(jìn)我國(guó)學(xué)界批判地繼承其理論成果,從而建設(shè)有中國(guó)特色的文化觀念與通俗文化理論。 本論文主要運(yùn)用了問(wèn)題歸納、關(guān)鍵詞解析、歷史研究以及比較研究四種方法。通過(guò)問(wèn)題歸納的方法,本文將伯明翰學(xué)派的文化觀念與通俗文化理論歸結(jié)為四個(gè)環(huán)環(huán)相扣的基本問(wèn)題:如何從文學(xué)研究過(guò)渡到文化研究?如何界定文化?如何從文化研究過(guò)渡到通俗文化研究?通俗文化如何介入社會(huì)?通過(guò)關(guān)鍵詞解析的方法,本文對(duì)伯明翰學(xué)派的文化觀念與通俗文化理論所涉及的關(guān)鍵概念如文化、通俗文化、文學(xué)、成熟閱讀、價(jià)值閱讀、感覺(jué)結(jié)構(gòu)、意識(shí)形態(tài)、民眾、媒介、傳播等作出了集中的分析。通過(guò)歷史研究的方法,本文不僅力求結(jié)合伯明翰學(xué)派置身其中的具體語(yǔ)境,對(duì)其文化觀念與通俗文化理論產(chǎn)生的歷史合理性進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,而且試圖以當(dāng)代的理論視野與社會(huì)語(yǔ)境為參照,解釋它在現(xiàn)實(shí)中的理論價(jià)值。通過(guò)比較研究的方法,本文將伯明翰學(xué)派的文化理論及通俗文化理論與其它有特色的文化理論進(jìn)行比較,力圖對(duì)伯明翰學(xué)派的歷史局限性作出清晰的闡釋。 論文共分七部分,其中第二部分到第五部分是文章的主體。
[Abstract]:Birmingham School is an important school of western Marxism. It constructs its own unique cultural concept and popular cultural theory from literary research, which has a great impact on contemporary literary research. Therefore, it is of great value to study the cultural concept and popular culture theory of Birmingham School. In addition, the study of Birmingham School's cultural concept and popular culture theory is also of great significance to contemporary cultural research. We know that cultural research, which was born in the 1960s, has spread to many fields of research around the world in nearly 50 years and has had a widespread and profound impact on them. Most scholars think that Birmingham School's cultural concept and popular culture theory is the opportunity and source of cultural research. Therefore, from the point of view of intervening in the front line of learning, a systematic and in-depth study of the Birmingham School's cultural concepts and popular culture theories will solve the problems in contemporary cultural studies. It is of inestimable value and significance to investigate the influence of cultural research thoughts on other theories and ideological trends, to construct cultural theories with Chinese characteristics, popular cultural theories and popular cultural theories. The value of these studies indicates that it is imperative to study the cultural concept and popular culture theory of Birmingham School. We know that the research value of Birmingham school's cultural concept and popular culture theory can be reflected comprehensively and profoundly only through the comprehensive study of it. However, both at home and abroad, the comprehensive study of this theory is obviously not enough. Therefore, the main purpose of this thesis is to make a systematic and in-depth comprehensive study on the cultural concept and popular culture theory of Birmingham School on the basis of detailed reading and understanding of the important original works of Birmingham School, and give a dialectical evaluation. It is hoped that it will not only help to have a comprehensive understanding of the theory of this school, but also promote the academic circles in China to critically inherit its theoretical achievements, thus building the cultural concept and popular cultural theory with Chinese characteristics. This paper mainly uses four methods: problem induction, keyword analysis, historical research and comparative study. Through the method of problem induction, this paper summarizes the cultural concept and popular culture theory of Birmingham School into four basic questions: how to transition from literary study to cultural study? How to define culture? How to transition from cultural research to popular cultural research? How does popular Culture intervene in Society? Through the method of key words analysis, this paper discusses the key concepts of Birmingham school's cultural concept and popular culture theory, such as culture, popular culture, literature, mature reading, value reading, sensory structure, ideology, populace, media, etc. The dissemination made a concentrated analysis. Through the method of historical research, this paper not only tries to explain the historical rationality of Birmingham school's cultural concept and popular culture theory, but also combines the concrete context in which Birmingham school is placed. It also tries to explain its theoretical value in reality by reference to contemporary theoretical field of vision and social context. Through the method of comparative study, this paper compares the cultural theory and popular culture theory of Birmingham school with other characteristic cultural theories, and tries to make a clear explanation of the historical limitation of Birmingham school. The paper is divided into seven parts, the second part to the fifth part is the main body of the article.
