【摘要】：《西游記》以神魔為主要描寫(xiě)對(duì)象，它創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)神奇的充滿(mǎn)幻想的世界，是中國(guó)著名的神話(huà)小說(shuō)。書(shū)中人物眾多，不但形象生動(dòng),而且人物命名都一定原因和特點(diǎn)。人名形象性和多樣性，充分展示了書(shū)中的藝術(shù)魅力和文學(xué)之美。那么，書(shū)中的人名翻譯對(duì)英譯本再現(xiàn)原文之美的作用就顯得十分重要，不可小覷。 中國(guó)譯學(xué)理論與美學(xué)聯(lián)姻，是中國(guó)譯學(xué)理論的特點(diǎn)。翻譯美學(xué)理論的發(fā)展，其理論概念、分類(lèi)和闡述趨于理性化、科學(xué)化。越來(lái)越多的學(xué)者開(kāi)始關(guān)注如何用翻譯美學(xué)理論研究翻譯實(shí)踐�！段饔斡洝肥俏覈�(guó)文學(xué)史的瑰寶，具有非常高的美學(xué)價(jià)值。但是卻鮮少有人對(duì)其英譯本進(jìn)行過(guò)翻譯美學(xué)方面的研究。 以翻譯美學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ)，，對(duì)《西游記》詹納\英譯本中各類(lèi)人名翻譯進(jìn)行研究。成文的過(guò)程中，對(duì)英譯本的人名采用窮盡方法收集,列表成庫(kù),然后選取典型人名翻譯例子進(jìn)行翻譯方法的分析，并且分析譯者如何運(yùn)用多樣的翻譯方法成功地做到翻譯的審美再現(xiàn)。通過(guò)歸納分析得出詹納爾主要運(yùn)用了音譯、直譯、意譯、省譯、補(bǔ)譯以及多種翻譯方法綜合運(yùn)用的方法進(jìn)行人名翻譯，并且主要使用動(dòng)態(tài)模仿的方式進(jìn)行翻譯的審美再現(xiàn)。他成功地再現(xiàn)了原文的音美、簡(jiǎn)潔美、統(tǒng)一美、修辭美、野性美、怪誕美和莊嚴(yán)美。 《西游記》英譯本中人名翻譯的許多方法，對(duì)翻譯文學(xué)作品中的人名翻譯有很好的借鑒作用。詹納爾在此英譯本中體現(xiàn)的譯者素質(zhì)和為了再現(xiàn)原文之美的所作的努力是值得許多翻譯學(xué)習(xí)者學(xué)習(xí)的。
[Abstract]:"Journey to the West" takes the gods and demons as the main object of description. It creates a magical world full of illusions and is a famous mythological novel in China. There are many characters in the book, not only vivid, but also the naming of characters are certain reasons and characteristics. The visualization and diversity of human names fully demonstrate the artistic charm and literary beauty in the book. Therefore, the translation of human names in the book plays an important role in reproducing the beauty of the original text. The combination of Chinese translation theory and aesthetics is the characteristic of Chinese translation theory. The development of translation aesthetics theory, its theoretical concept, classification and elaboration tend to be rational and scientific. More and more scholars begin to pay attention to how to use translation aesthetics theory to study translation practice. "Journey to the West" is a treasure of Chinese literary history and has a very high aesthetic value. However, there are few studies on the translation aesthetics of his English translation. Based on the theory of translation aesthetics, this paper studies the translation of various human names in Jenner's English translation of Journey to the West. In the process of writing, the names of people in the English translation are collected by exhaustive method, listed into a database, and then some typical examples of people's names translation are selected to analyze the translation methods. It also analyzes how the translator successfully achieves the aesthetic representation of translation using various translation methods. Through the inductive analysis, it is concluded that Jenner mainly uses transliteration, literal translation, free translation, provincial translation, supplementary translation and multiple translation methods to carry out the translation of human names, and mainly uses dynamic imitation for aesthetic reproduction of translation. He successfully reproduced the beauty of sound, simplicity, unity, rhetoric, wild beauty, grotesque beauty and majestic beauty of the original text. It can be used for reference in the translation of people's names in literary works. The translator's qualities and efforts to reproduce the beauty of the original text embodied by Jenner in this English translation are worth learning by many translation learners.
