【摘要】： 長期以來，人們對翻譯的研究注重于翻譯內(nèi)部的研究，即文本內(nèi)的研究—原著與譯本之間的對比。自20世紀80年代以來，國外以勒弗維爾、赫曼斯，國內(nèi)以蔣驍華、王東風等針對意識形態(tài)對翻譯，尤其是文學翻譯的操縱進行了大量的研究和論證。翻譯學家們開始注意到意識形態(tài)對翻譯實踐的壓力，將對翻譯的研究從文本內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移到文本外，從注重忠實原文轉(zhuǎn)向探討譯文的變形，從語言對比研究轉(zhuǎn)向翻譯文化研究，這一新視角成了翻譯研究的一個新的增長點。 但目前為止，意識形態(tài)對翻譯操控的研究多集中在對文學翻譯的研究上。本論文從尤其體現(xiàn)一國主流意識形態(tài)的外事外交活動出發(fā)，研究了意識形態(tài)對外事外交活動所進行的外事翻譯的操控，得出外事外交翻譯的原則、策略和特點正是由于受到意識形態(tài)的操控才形成其特有的原則、策略和特點。 在當今國與國交往日益密切，外事活動尤其增多的情況下，理解意識形態(tài)對外事翻譯的操縱，，為外事翻譯工作者進行翻譯消除了困惑，明確了方法和策略。 本文的內(nèi)容主要分為六章，先介紹了什么是外事，外事語言的特點和外事翻譯的原則和策略，然后運用意識形態(tài)操縱的理論，體現(xiàn)了意識形態(tài)如何操縱外事翻譯具有以上提到的原則和策略。 第一章介紹了什么是外事與外事活動，介紹了外事活動政治性、正式保守、嚴格的等級性的特點及其形成的事原因；第二章介紹了外事語言的特點—政治性、正式、保守、得體和準確；第三章介紹了外事翻譯的原則和策略，提出準確、得體和保持原文特點是外事翻譯的原則，直譯是主要策略；第四章提出了意識形態(tài)的概念，指出了意識形態(tài)與翻譯的關(guān)系；第五章闡述了意識形態(tài)對外事翻譯的操縱的具體體現(xiàn)，表現(xiàn)在對外事翻譯原則、特點、策略、文本選擇、目的等方面的操縱：第六章對全文進行總結(jié)，指出了外事翻譯受到意識形態(tài)操縱的必然性，從而得出用意識形態(tài)操縱理論研究外事翻譯能幫助我們理解和進行外事翻譯的重要意義。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the study of translation has focused on the internal study of translation, that is, the study of the text-the contrast between the original work and the translation. Since 1980s, Levelville and Hermans have been abroad. In China, Jiang Xiaohua and Wang Dongfeng have carried out a lot of research and argumentation on ideological manipulation of translation, especially in literary translation. Translators have begun to pay attention to the pressure of ideology on translation practice. The study of translation is transferred from the inside text to the text outside, from focusing on the faithful original text to discussing the transformation of the target text, and from linguistic contrast to the study of translation culture. This new perspective has become a new growth point in translation studies. So far, however, the study of ideological manipulation of translation has focused on the study of literary translation. This thesis proceeds from the diplomatic activities of foreign affairs, which reflect the mainstream ideology of a country in particular. This paper studies the manipulation of ideology on the translation of foreign affairs, and concludes the principles of foreign affairs translation. The strategy and characteristics of foreign affairs translation are formed by the manipulation of ideology. Strategies and characteristics In today's increasingly close contacts between countries and the increasing number of foreign affairs activities, understanding the manipulation of ideology on foreign affairs translation eliminates confusion and clarifies methods and strategies for foreign translators. The content of this paper is divided into six chapters. It first introduces what is foreign affairs, the characteristics of foreign affairs language and the principles and strategies of foreign affairs translation, and then applies the theory of ideological manipulation. It shows how ideology manipulates the translation of foreign affairs with the principles and strategies mentioned above. The first chapter introduces what is foreign affairs and foreign affairs activities, and introduces the political, formal conservative, strictly hierarchical characteristics of foreign affairs activities and the reasons for their formation; The second chapter introduces the characteristics of foreign language-political, formal, conservative, appropriate and accurate; Chapter three introduces the principles and strategies of foreign affairs translation, and points out that accuracy, appropriateness and maintaining the characteristics of the original text are the principles of foreign affairs translation, while literal translation is the main strategy. Chapter 4th puts forward the concept of ideology and points out the relationship between ideology and translation. Chapter 5th expounds the concrete embodiment of the manipulation of ideology in foreign affairs translation, which is manifested in the manipulation of foreign affairs translation principles, characteristics, strategies, text selection, purpose and so on. Chapter 6th summarizes the full text. This paper points out the inevitability of foreign affairs translation being manipulated by ideology, and concludes that the study of foreign affairs translation with ideology manipulation theory can help us understand and carry out foreign affairs translation.
