【摘要】：狐步舞在國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞中是風(fēng)格獨(dú)具、技術(shù)獨(dú)到、最典型的行云流水般的舞蹈。移動中的托跟動作、反身動作、足跟旋轉(zhuǎn)及斜側(cè)擺蕩等獨(dú)到的典型技術(shù)使其營造出無可替代的流動的美。要做到如此妙不可言的美感,需要舞者擁有非常系統(tǒng)和科學(xué)的訓(xùn)練方法做指導(dǎo)。筆者在學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)狐步舞移動中行云流水、連綿不斷的視覺效果與空間交換關(guān)系及重力平衡關(guān)系有著密切的關(guān)聯(lián)。因此筆者開始涉及空間交換關(guān)系與重力平衡關(guān)系的學(xué)習(xí)與追問,試圖解析狐步舞的核心技術(shù)及移動原理,以求更好的完善狐步舞的教學(xué)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:Foxtrot dance is a unique style, technique and the most typical dance in international standard dance. The unique techniques of heel movement, reflexive movement, heel rotation and slanting make it an irreplaceable flowing beauty. To achieve such a beautiful sense of beauty, dancers need to have a very systematic and scientific training methods to guide. The author found that the continuous visual effects are closely related to the relationship between spatial exchange and gravity balance in the movement of foxtrot. Therefore, the author begins to study and inquire about the relationship between spatial exchange and gravity balance, and try to analyze the core technology and moving principle of foxtrot, in order to perfect the teaching practice of foxtrot better.
