【摘要】：新時期加強和改進大學生思想政治教育工作非常重要,同時大力提高大學輔導(dǎo)員、專業(yè)教師的教育理念、綜合素質(zhì)勢在必行。面對湖北藝術(shù)職業(yè)學院舞蹈系專業(yè)學生的特性,通過多年的工作經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合舞蹈系的實際情況,嘗試開始了"舞蹈專業(yè)學生的思想政治教育與管理模式"的研究。經(jīng)過探討大膽提出了一個新的管理模式——"教輔合一"。即:專業(yè)教師和系輔導(dǎo)員老師共同配合,共同承擔學生思想政治教育的責任。本文試圖通過平時工作中的點滴記錄來論證"教輔合一"在大學生思想政治教育中所體現(xiàn)出的優(yōu)勢。"教輔合一"是湖北藝術(shù)職業(yè)學院舞蹈系針對舞蹈專業(yè)學生進行思想政治教育工作的一個新的嘗試,但是這條道路是任重而道遠的。加大"教輔合一"中專業(yè)教師與輔導(dǎo)員老師的合作性,繼續(xù)創(chuàng)造性的開展工作,不斷出好招、實招,積極探索舞蹈大學生思想政治教育新的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:It is very important to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students in the new period. At the same time, it is imperative to improve the educational concept and comprehensive quality of college counselors and teachers. Through many years of work experience, combined with the actual situation of the dance department, This paper tries to start the study of "the ideological and political education and management mode of dance students". Through the discussion, a new management model is put forward boldly, that is, the professional teachers and the counselors of the department cooperate with each other. This paper tries to prove the superiority of "the unity of teaching and assistant" in college students' ideological and political education through the records in ordinary work. "combination of teaching and aid" is the art of Hubei Province. A new attempt by the Dance Department of the Vocational College to carry out ideological and political education for dance students. But this road has a long way to go. We should increase the cooperation between professional teachers and counselors in the "integration of teaching and assistance", continue to creatively carry out their work, and continue to make good and practical moves. Actively explore the dance college students ideological and political education new effective way.
