【摘要】： 音樂是把物體規(guī)則震動發(fā)出的聲音有組織的結(jié)合起來的一種藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)形式,它既是人類思想和情感的載體又是一種社會行為的存在形式,因此,對音樂的相關(guān)研究有著重要意義。隨著信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,音樂的數(shù)字化分析與處理逐漸成為工程與學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的熱點之一。該領(lǐng)域主要包括音樂的自動分類、分割、基于內(nèi)容的音樂檢索、音樂的智能創(chuàng)作等方面內(nèi)容。 本文結(jié)合復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,對音樂的分析和輔助創(chuàng)作進(jìn)行了研究,主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個方面： 第一,系統(tǒng)的研究了復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)理論,利用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)對音樂數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行建模分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了其普遍遵循冪率度分布和小世界特性,該特性可用來自動作曲。 第二,利用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)對中國古代音樂和現(xiàn)代音樂進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)五線譜和中國古代工尺譜的特點,設(shè)計了一種RT編碼方式,用以信息的提取和轉(zhuǎn)換。通過分別發(fā)現(xiàn)、提取其各自的音樂動機(jī),對跨不同時代、不同文化背景的音樂特點進(jìn)行了分析。 第三,采用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法研究并建立了音樂動機(jī)發(fā)現(xiàn)算法。給出了三種音樂動機(jī)的挖掘方法：通過頻繁項集挖掘算法發(fā)現(xiàn)樂曲中頻繁重復(fù)出現(xiàn)的音樂片段,發(fā)現(xiàn)音樂動機(jī)；通過求一階、二階導(dǎo)數(shù),尋找基于已知音樂動機(jī)的變化的、發(fā)展的動機(jī)；采用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘中的序列模式挖掘算法,發(fā)現(xiàn)樂曲中的主干音動機(jī)。 第四,利用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型對音樂特性進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出并實現(xiàn)了一種支持音樂輔助創(chuàng)作的限定條件的隨機(jī)行走算法；以基于肖邦作品風(fēng)格特性,提取音樂動機(jī),對動機(jī)重新組合,作為輔助作曲的新動機(jī)。
[Abstract]:Music is an artistic expression that combines the sound of regular vibrations of objects together. It is not only a carrier of human thought and emotion, but also a form of social behavior. The research on music is of great significance. With the rapid development of information technology, digital analysis and processing of music has gradually become one of the hot topics in engineering and academic circles. This field mainly includes automatic classification, segmentation, content-based music retrieval, intelligent music creation and so on. Based on the theory of complex network, this paper studies the analysis and assistant creation of music. The main contents are as follows: first, the related theories of complex network are systematically studied. Using complex network to model and analyze music data, it is found that the distribution of power degree and small-world characteristics are generally followed, which can be used to compose music automatically. Second, the use of complex networks to analyze ancient and modern Chinese music. According to the characteristics of the staff spectrum and the ancient Chinese scale spectrum, a RT coding method is designed to extract and convert the information. By finding out and extracting their respective musical motives, this paper analyzes the characteristics of music across different times and different cultural backgrounds. Thirdly, the method of data mining is used to study and establish the algorithm of musical motivation discovery. In this paper, three kinds of musical motivation mining methods are given. They are to find out the music motive by finding the music segments that occur frequently in the music through the frequent itemset mining algorithm, and to find out the change of the music motive based on the known music motive by seeking the first and second derivative. The motivation of development and the algorithm of sequential pattern mining in data mining are used to discover the backbone motivation in music. Fourthly, based on the study of the music characteristics by using the complex network model, a random walking algorithm is proposed and implemented to support the limited conditions of music assisted creation, and based on the style characteristics of Chopin's works, the musical motivation is extracted. Recombination of motivation as a new motivation for auxiliary composition.
