唐代茶道美學(xué)

【摘要】:唐代誕生了中國(guó)乃至世界第一部茶文化專著——陸羽的《茶經(jīng)》。它兼具道與器、形上與形下、實(shí)用與文化、工具與理性等認(rèn)知功能,涉及地理學(xué)、氣象學(xué)、栽培學(xué)、土壤學(xué)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)甚至文學(xué)、美學(xué)等多種領(lǐng)域。唐代茶界還第一次提出了"茶道"的文化、美學(xué)范疇,它所體現(xiàn)的文化、美學(xué)內(nèi)涵十分豐富,標(biāo)識(shí)了中唐人對(duì)茶的體認(rèn)的飛躍和提升,超越實(shí)存,進(jìn)入精神層面。唐代茶文化、茶美學(xué)及其文字承載,生動(dòng)地體現(xiàn)了生理快感和心理快感及其轉(zhuǎn)化的經(jīng)驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象,為現(xiàn)代審美學(xué)提供了歷史的實(shí)證依據(jù)。茶文化群體由三部分人所構(gòu)成:上層統(tǒng)治集團(tuán)、士大夫文人、宗教徒,其中宗教徒所起作用和所作貢獻(xiàn)應(yīng)當(dāng)充分肯定。中唐選擇茶作為文化標(biāo)志物,絕非偶然。從個(gè)人與時(shí)代的關(guān)系上,從士大夫文人和宗教徒圍繞茶的交游及其文學(xué)承載上,從茶的系列性采制、煎飲等操作性方式上,其所透溢出的審美情調(diào),表征了典型的中唐風(fēng)味,跟盛唐氣象判然有別。清雅、悠然、精致、精細(xì),淺斟低品,遂成為中唐以降的生活行為方式、審美主旋律和總格調(diào),從觀念和形態(tài)上對(duì)后期的中國(guó)美學(xué)史產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:The Tang Dynasty gave birth to Lu Yu's Tea Classic, the first monographs on tea culture in China and the world. It has the cognitive functions of Tao and apparatus, form and form, utility and culture, tools and rationality, and involves many fields, such as geography, meteorology, cultivation, soil science, nutrition and even literature, aesthetics and so on. The tea circle of Tang Dynasty also put forward the culture and aesthetic category of "tea ceremony" for the first time. It embodies a very rich cultural and aesthetic connotation, which indicates the leap and promotion of the people's understanding of tea in the middle Tang Dynasty, surpassing the reality and entering the spiritual level. Tea culture, tea aesthetics and their characters in Tang Dynasty vividly reflect the experience of physiological and psychological pleasure and their transformation, and provide historical evidence for modern aesthetics. The tea culture group consists of three groups: the upper ruling group, the literati and scholars, and the religious people, among which the role and contribution of the religious people should be fully affirmed. It is no accident that the middle Tang Dynasty chose tea as a cultural symbol. From the perspective of the relationship between the individual and the times, the communication between literati and religious people around tea and its literary bearing, and the operable ways of tea collection and frying, its overflow aesthetic sentiment represents the typical flavor of the middle Tang Dynasty. It is different from the weather in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Elegant, leisurely, exquisite, fine and shallow, it became the way of life, the main aesthetic melody and the overall style of life in the middle Tang Dynasty, which had a profound influence on the later Chinese aesthetic history from the concept and form.
