【摘要】:按照蘇格拉底在《斐德若》中的論述,"回憶"是凡人的靈魂同靈魂的原初狀態(tài)相聯(lián)系的通道,而美的光亮照亮了這條通向靈魂原初視野的道路。這種視野能讓靈魂回到墮落之前的狀態(tài),即哲學(xué)的狀態(tài)。在蘇格拉底看來(lái),回到這一狀態(tài)的最大障礙在于意見,尤其是城邦的公共意見。在這一語(yǔ)境下,恢復(fù)靈魂的原初視野,首要意涵在于超出城邦意見,即習(xí)俗。在這個(gè)意義上,"回憶"體現(xiàn)在從城邦意見的洞穴中解放出來(lái),發(fā)現(xiàn)或找回自然的視野。美在此過程中能夠起到別的存在無(wú)法起到的作用。
