【摘要】：畫(huà)廊作為藝術(shù)品交易的一級(jí)市場(chǎng)，對(duì)藝術(shù)品市場(chǎng)的正常發(fā)展起著重要的穩(wěn)定作用。與國(guó)外畫(huà)廊業(yè)相比，我國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)目前的整體發(fā)展水平還處在初級(jí)階段，甚至可以說(shuō)真正意義上的畫(huà)廊還沒(méi)有。導(dǎo)致這種情況一是畫(huà)廊經(jīng)營(yíng)者在經(jīng)營(yíng)畫(huà)廊上缺少一種長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)、正確的理念。很多本土畫(huà)廊大都急功近利；二是缺少畫(huà)廊機(jī)制。就國(guó)外畫(huà)廊而言，無(wú)論是畫(huà)廊機(jī)制、還是博物館機(jī)制、乃至國(guó)家政策層面，都有一套非常良性的運(yùn)作機(jī)制。由于中國(guó)畫(huà)廊普遍缺乏符合市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)作模式，大多又急功近利，所以信譽(yù)程度低、經(jīng)營(yíng)能力弱、市場(chǎng)掌控差，總體實(shí)力薄弱，從而使當(dāng)代中國(guó)藝術(shù)品市場(chǎng)也無(wú)法邁入良性發(fā)展的軌道。可見(jiàn)，規(guī)范和完善我國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)已經(jīng)成為實(shí)際需要。本文通過(guò)中美畫(huà)廊業(yè)之間的比較，總結(jié)歸納出美國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的原因，映射出中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題，從而得出發(fā)展中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)的對(duì)策和建議。 本文以研究中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀作為切入點(diǎn)分別概述畫(huà)廊的基本涵義，包括畫(huà)廊的概念、種類(lèi)以及畫(huà)廊在藝術(shù)品市場(chǎng)中的作用；中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)的歷史回顧包括早期的中國(guó)式畫(huà)廊、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)畫(huà)廊的分類(lèi)；中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀分析，包括中國(guó)畫(huà)廊的分類(lèi)和中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)面臨的問(wèn)題。論文的第二章節(jié)為中美畫(huà)廊業(yè)比較，主要從中美畫(huà)廊業(yè)發(fā)展的基本現(xiàn)狀比較和通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)原因解析，映射出中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題這兩大方面加以論述。第一部分中美畫(huà)廊業(yè)發(fā)展的基本現(xiàn)狀比較分別從規(guī)模及分布、基本構(gòu)成比較等幾方面加以比較。第二部分通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)原因解析，映射出中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題包括，中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)主要缺乏統(tǒng)一的監(jiān)管和制度，，中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)未形成區(qū)域化的畫(huà)廊格局和規(guī)模，畫(huà)廊同拍賣(mài)行關(guān)系錯(cuò)位，畫(huà)廊與藝術(shù)家關(guān)系權(quán)責(zé)不清，部分畫(huà)廊在經(jīng)營(yíng)上缺乏誠(chéng)信等問(wèn)題。論文的第三章節(jié)針對(duì)第二章的問(wèn)題提出了發(fā)展中國(guó)畫(huà)廊業(yè)的對(duì)策和建議，其中包括，完善畫(huà)廊代理制、引導(dǎo)畫(huà)廊藝術(shù)品檔案建設(shè)、在區(qū)隔基礎(chǔ)上形成產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，爭(zhēng)取政府的規(guī)范和支持，加強(qiáng)畫(huà)廊之間的協(xié)作關(guān)系，壯大行業(yè)力量，加強(qiáng)畫(huà)廊隊(duì)伍的自身建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:As a primary market for art trade, galleries play an important role in stabilizing the normal development of the art market. Compared with the foreign gallery industry, the overall development level of the art gallery industry in China is still in its infancy. It can even be said that the true meaning of the gallery has not yet. The first reason is that the gallery manager lacks a long-term and correct idea in the operation of the gallery. Many local galleries are eager for quick success and instant profit. Second, there is a lack of gallery mechanisms. As far as foreign galleries are concerned, whether they are gallery mechanisms, museum mechanisms, or even national policies, Both have a very benign operating mechanism. Because Chinese galleries generally lack the operation model that conforms to the market economy, and most of them are eager for quick success and instant benefit, so they have a low level of credibility, weak management ability, poor market control, and weak overall strength. So that the contemporary Chinese art market can not enter the track of benign development. It can be seen that the regulation and improvement of China's gallery industry management has become a practical need. This article through the comparison between China and the United States gallery industry, The reasons for the development of American galleries industry are summarized, and the problems existing in Chinese galleries industry are mapped out, and the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Chinese galleries industry are obtained. This paper summarizes the basic meaning of galleries by studying the present situation of China's gallery industry, including the concept, types and role of galleries in the art market, the historical review of China's galleries industry includes the early Chinese galleries, The classification of Chinese traditional galleries, the analysis of the present situation of China's galleries industry, including the classification of Chinese galleries and the problems faced by the Chinese galleries industry. Mainly from the basic status quo of the development of the galleries industry in China and the United States, and through the analysis of the reasons for the development of the galleries industry in the United States, Mapping out the problems existing in China's gallery industry. The first part compares the basic status quo of the development of Chinese and American galleries from the aspects of scale and distribution. In the second part, by analyzing the reasons for the development of the American gallery industry, we can see that the problems existing in the Chinese gallery industry include the lack of unified regulation and system. The gallery industry in China has not formed a regional gallery structure and scale, the relationship between galleries and auction houses is misplaced, and the relationship between galleries and artists is not clear. The third chapter of the thesis puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of China's gallery industry in view of the problems in the second chapter, including perfecting the gallery agency system, guiding the gallery art archives construction, and so on. The industrial chain is formed on the basis of division, the government's norm and support is won over, the cooperative relationship among galleries is strengthened, the strength of the industry is strengthened, and the self-construction of the gallery team is strengthened, and so on.
