重慶地區(qū)綜合醫(yī)院廣場景觀設(shè)計研究

【摘要】：醫(yī)院作為為人們提供醫(yī)療服務(wù)護理服務(wù)的主要場所,其服務(wù)對象不僅包括了患者,還包含了處于特定生理狀態(tài)的健康人及完全健康人,與人們的健康生活息息相關(guān)。而綜合醫(yī)院規(guī)模較大、科室設(shè)置齊全、醫(yī)療設(shè)備先進、各項功能都比較完善,在醫(yī)院建設(shè)中始終處于領(lǐng)先地位,所以將綜合性醫(yī)院為研究對象最具代表性。廣場景觀作為醫(yī)院綠地的重要組成部分,其基本功能是解決醫(yī)院各建筑之間的交通流線問題,起到引導、舒緩人流的作用。而在現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學開始強調(diào)對人的全面治療的背景下,醫(yī)院廣場功能將被要求更加完善和多元化,將達到組織交通、輔助治療、休閑娛樂、文化展示的目的。隨著近年來城市的高速發(fā)展,大眾生活水平逐漸提高,人們對于醫(yī)療服務(wù)和醫(yī)療環(huán)境的要求也越來越高,這便促進了我國綜合醫(yī)院改擴建建設(shè),除卻優(yōu)質(zhì)的醫(yī)療服務(wù)和技術(shù),醫(yī)院外部環(huán)境的優(yōu)劣將成為醫(yī)院間的核心競爭力。重慶作為西南地區(qū)重點建設(shè)發(fā)展城市之一,且是典型的山地城市,其綜合醫(yī)院景觀建設(shè)條件特殊,為了滿足交通的優(yōu)化和可達性,綜合醫(yī)院外部環(huán)境則多以不同景觀空間類型的廣場景觀表達。因此,本文則是以重慶地區(qū)綜合醫(yī)院外環(huán)境中的廣場景觀作為研究的重點。在明確綜合醫(yī)院廣場景觀的研究背景、目的及意義的基礎(chǔ)上,本文以環(huán)境心理學和行為心理學等相關(guān)理論為理論基礎(chǔ),對綜合醫(yī)院廣場景觀的相關(guān)概念進行解讀,并闡釋了綜合醫(yī)院廣場景觀的功能和空間構(gòu)成因素。選取重慶市綜合醫(yī)院廣場景觀為調(diào)查對象,從主城18所三甲綜合醫(yī)院中選取了10所綜合醫(yī)院的廣場景觀進行重點研究,采用問卷和實地調(diào)查的方法對重慶地區(qū)綜合醫(yī)院廣場的使用人群的行為、重慶地區(qū)綜合醫(yī)院廣場景觀設(shè)計現(xiàn)狀兩個方面進行分析探討:分析醫(yī)院廣場使用人群分類與需求、人的行為表現(xiàn),總結(jié)使用人群的行為特征及問題;分析重慶地區(qū)綜合醫(yī)院廣場類型、廣場景觀空間類型、廣場與醫(yī)療環(huán)境的空間組織關(guān)系、廣場的空間尺度、廣場的交通組織形式及廣場的景觀要素五個方面,總結(jié)出重慶地區(qū)綜合醫(yī)院廣場景觀設(shè)計的特征及存在問題。最后,根據(jù)問卷及實地調(diào)研結(jié)果,探討綜合醫(yī)院廣場景觀設(shè)計的原則及策略,形成本文的主要研究成果:(1)歸納總結(jié)出綜合醫(yī)院廣場景觀設(shè)計要滿足院區(qū)場所精神的原則:文化性原則、生態(tài)原則和滿足使用者的行為需求的原則:功能性設(shè)計原則、人性化設(shè)計原則、安全性設(shè)計原則。(2)從醫(yī)院廣場景觀空間類型、空間組織、空間尺度、交通組織和景觀要素五個方面提出具體策略:根據(jù)院前廣場和中心廣場的使用人群需求狀況,院前廣場景觀空間類型可布置簡單化,以交通通行的公共活動空間為主,規(guī)則式布局簡單的半公共性質(zhì)的休憩空間,以體現(xiàn)院區(qū)的嚴謹性;院區(qū)中心廣場應(yīng)配置多樣化的休憩空間,滿足院區(qū)使用人群的休憩休閑活動。根據(jù)院區(qū)實際用地情況和周邊環(huán)境分析選擇合適的空間組織形式,或復合式或自由式;廣場內(nèi)部景觀空間則根據(jù)整體空間布局選擇主從式、軸線式或并列式組織方式。選擇合適的圍護面要素和底界面要素配合建立空間尺度,合理把控廣場與主體建筑的尺寸關(guān)系,院前廣場可建立D/H值在1.5-2之間的最佳空間尺度,中心廣場以二次圍護界面和底界面輔助建設(shè)合適的廣場空間尺度。廣場交通組織應(yīng)結(jié)合院區(qū)周邊環(huán)境建設(shè)人車分流交通體系,注重出入口的分流和院區(qū)內(nèi)部的交通分區(qū)。廣場中的景觀要素植物、景觀小品、設(shè)施小品和鋪裝設(shè)計應(yīng)注意與院區(qū)整體環(huán)境相結(jié)合,注重植物種類、色彩、空間層次等設(shè)計,注重景觀小品、設(shè)施小品的位置、材質(zhì)、造型色彩等設(shè)計,注意鋪裝材質(zhì)、尺度、色彩、構(gòu)圖的設(shè)計,以滿足使用者的多樣性需求。

With the high-speed development of the city in recent years, the living standard of the public is gradually improved, and people's demand for medical service and medical environment is getting higher and higher, which has promoted the reconstruction and expansion construction of the comprehensive hospital in China, in addition to the high-quality medical service and technology, The advantages and disadvantages of the hospital's external environment will become the core competence of the hospital. As one of the key construction and developing cities in the southwest, Chongqing is a typical mountainous city, and its comprehensive hospital landscape construction condition is special. In order to meet the optimization and accessibility of the traffic, the external environment of the comprehensive hospital is expressed by the square landscape of different landscape space types. Therefore, this paper is the focus of the study on the landscape of the square in the external environment of the comprehensive hospital in Chongqing. Based on the research background, purpose and significance of the clear comprehensive hospital square landscape, this paper, based on the related theories of environmental psychology and behavioral psychology, interprets the related concepts of the comprehensive hospital square landscape. The functional and spatial factors of the comprehensive hospital square landscape are also explained. Taking the landscape of the general hospital square of Chongqing as the object of investigation, the author selected 10 comprehensive hospitals in the comprehensive hospital from 18 to the main city to focus on the study, using the questionnaire and the field survey to study the behavior of the people in the comprehensive hospital square in Chongqing. This paper makes an analysis of the present situation of the landscape design of the comprehensive hospital square in the Chongqing area: the analysis of the classification and demand of the people in the hospital square, the behavior of the people, the summary of the behavior characteristics and the problems of the people, and the type of the general hospital square and the type of the square landscape in the Chongqing area. In the end, according to the questionnaire and the results of the on-the-spot investigation, the principles and strategies of the landscape design of the general hospital square are discussed, and the main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) The principle of the comprehensive hospital square landscape design to meet the spirit of the place of the hospital is summarized: the cultural principle, The principle of ecological principle and the principle of meeting the user's behavior need: the principle of functional design, the principle of humanity design and the principle of safety design. (2) The specific strategies are put forward from five aspects: the spatial type of the hospital square, the spatial organization, the space scale, the traffic organization and the landscape element: according to the needs of the people in the pre-hospital square and the central square, the landscape space type of the front square of the hospital can be simplified, In order to reflect the rigor of the courtyard, the central square of the courtyard should be equipped with a variety of open spaces to meet the rest and leisure activities of the people in the hospital. According to the actual land use and the surrounding environment, select the appropriate spatial organization form, or compound or free type; the interior landscape space of the square selects the master-slave type, the axis type or the parallel organization mode according to the overall space layout. and the optimal spatial scale of the D/ H value between 1 and 5-2 can be established in the pre-hospital square according to the selection of a suitable enclosure surface element and a bottom interface element to establish a spatial scale, reasonably combining the size relationship between the control square and the main building, The central square assists in the construction of a suitable square space scale with the secondary containment interface and the bottom interface. The traffic organization of the square shall, in combination with the surrounding environment of the courtyard, construct the traffic system of the people's vehicle, pay attention to the diversion of the entrance and exit and the traffic zone inside the courtyard area. The landscape element plant, the landscape sketch, the facility sketch and the pavement design in the square should be combined with the overall environment of the courtyard, and the design of the plant type, color and space level should be paid attention to, and the design of the landscape sketch, the location, the material and the shape color of the facility sketch should be paid attention to, and the paving material shall be paid attention to. The design of scale, color and composition to meet the user's diversity demand.
