【摘要】：本文對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)醫(yī)療口譯員與朋友譯員進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的對(duì)比研究�；趯�(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察記錄、語(yǔ)料及調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的詳盡分析,本文討論了專(zhuān)業(yè)譯員與朋友譯員的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和外國(guó)病人對(duì)于兩種譯員的觀點(diǎn),對(duì)中國(guó)醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)如何應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)今醫(yī)療口譯狀況的問(wèn)題提出了建議。 文章首先解釋了本研究選題理?yè)?jù)、研究問(wèn)題,以及數(shù)據(jù)的采集方法。然后對(duì)醫(yī)療口譯以及醫(yī)療口譯員的大致?tīng)顩r進(jìn)行了概述,討論了醫(yī)療口譯的定義、發(fā)展、特征和必要性,醫(yī)療口譯員的組成、角色,以及中國(guó)醫(yī)療口譯現(xiàn)狀。第三章詳述了本文的方法論。第四章和第五章通過(guò)詳細(xì)的語(yǔ)料分析,探討了專(zhuān)業(yè)譯員與朋友譯員在翻譯策略、為病患代言以及澄清問(wèn)題等方面的差異,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩種譯員各有優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。 從病人的視角來(lái)看,專(zhuān)業(yè)譯員能對(duì)跨語(yǔ)言的就醫(yī)和治療過(guò)程產(chǎn)生良好影響,如調(diào)節(jié)醫(yī)患關(guān)系,保護(hù)患者的權(quán)益等。然而,專(zhuān)業(yè)譯員在中國(guó)乃稀缺人才‘,不容易隨時(shí)找到,其雇傭花費(fèi)也居高不下。相比之下,朋友譯員比較容易找到。他們不僅可以幫助病人完成醫(yī)療診斷過(guò)程,同時(shí),他們?cè)诓∪司驮\之前和就診之后的相關(guān)事項(xiàng)方面仍可以提供協(xié)助。但是,朋友譯員的翻譯質(zhì)量,以及他們對(duì)醫(yī)療過(guò)程的干涉等問(wèn)題,可能會(huì)對(duì)治療成效構(gòu)成一定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 兩種譯員如何取舍其實(shí)取決于實(shí)際情況。本文認(rèn)為,重要的是要確保中國(guó)的醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)能夠?yàn)橥鈬?guó)病人提供良好的服務(wù),醫(yī)生能夠與兩種譯員進(jìn)行良好的合作。
