【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的到來和中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,越來越多的中國(guó)學(xué)生選擇在國(guó)外精進(jìn)學(xué)業(yè),開闊視野。中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為世界第一大留學(xué)生輸出國(guó),并有統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示我國(guó)留學(xué)生背景正逐漸呈現(xiàn)大眾化和低齡化這兩個(gè)重要趨勢(shì)。在這樣的大背景下,由于跨文化適應(yīng)問題而引發(fā)的中國(guó)留學(xué)生在國(guó)外生活、學(xué)習(xí)的障礙和困難也越發(fā)引人關(guān)注。因此對(duì)基于我國(guó)留學(xué)生文化背景下的跨文化適應(yīng)相關(guān)問題的深入研究顯得尤為必要和迫切。如果能夠深入了解中國(guó)留學(xué)生在國(guó)外的跨文化適應(yīng)情況并探討個(gè)人因素對(duì)留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)的相關(guān)性,就能夠更好的預(yù)測(cè)留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)能力以及為之提供更有針對(duì)性的培訓(xùn)和幫助。 本文通過文化智力和感知文化距離兩個(gè)角度入手,使用定性和定量相結(jié)合的研究方法,以中國(guó)在韓和在美留學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,以期探索中國(guó)留學(xué)生在國(guó)外的跨文化適應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀以及文化智力和文化距離兩因素對(duì)跨文化適應(yīng)的影響。 通過本研究,主要發(fā)現(xiàn)有1、中國(guó)留學(xué)生在美韓兩國(guó)跨文化適應(yīng)程度并無明顯差異。2、在美中國(guó)留學(xué)生感知文化距離明顯高于在韓中國(guó)留學(xué)生。3、中國(guó)留學(xué)生文化智力以及文化智力四個(gè)子緯度的水平與其跨文化適應(yīng)水平呈正相關(guān)。4、中國(guó)留學(xué)生感知文化距離與其跨文化適應(yīng)水平呈負(fù)正相關(guān),即感知文化距離越小,留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)表現(xiàn)越好。
