隱喻曾一直被認(rèn)為是一種修辭手法,但Lakoff和Johnson（1980）提出的概念隱喻認(rèn)為隱喻是人類(lèi)的一種認(rèn)知方式。而隨著Forcevile（2009）提出的多模態(tài)隱喻理論,實(shí)現(xiàn)了將一直僅限于語(yǔ)言文本的概念隱喻研究轉(zhuǎn)向多模態(tài)隱喻研究。本文以以下問(wèn)題為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)中美商業(yè)訪談中的多模態(tài)手勢(shì)隱喻進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究:1.中美商業(yè)訪談中使用的手勢(shì)類(lèi)型的頻率分別為多少?在這些商業(yè)訪談中,有哪些類(lèi)型的手勢(shì)隱喻?2.中美商業(yè)訪談中手勢(shì)隱喻與言語(yǔ)表達(dá)匹配性有何異同?3.中美商業(yè)訪談手勢(shì)隱喻多模態(tài)意義建構(gòu)中有何異同?造成這種差異有哪些因素?手勢(shì)隱喻有什么功能?本文在概念隱喻理論和多模態(tài)隱喻理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用自建多模態(tài)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)的方法,選取了具有代表性的兩個(gè)中國(guó)商業(yè)訪談和兩個(gè)美國(guó)商業(yè)訪談,對(duì)其中的手勢(shì)隱喻進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究。借助多模態(tài)標(biāo)注工具ELAN5.0進(jìn)行了定量研究,隨后進(jìn)行定性分析,得出以下結(jié)論:1.中美商業(yè)訪談中存在五種手勢(shì)類(lèi)型,其出現(xiàn)頻率從高至低均依次為:節(jié)拍性手勢(shì)、指示性手勢(shì)、提示性手勢(shì)、隱喻性手勢(shì)、圖示性手勢(shì)。其中,隱喻性手勢(shì)頻率在中美商業(yè)訪談中分別為8.2%和10.3%。手勢(shì)隱喻在目標(biāo)商業(yè)訪談中可分為實(shí)體...
