　　零形回指是現(xiàn)代漢語(yǔ)中非常普遍的一種語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象,被認(rèn)為是漢語(yǔ)回指的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模式。目前,針對(duì)這一語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象的研究已經(jīng)取得了豐碩的成果。然而,以往的研究大多集中在英、漢敘事語(yǔ)篇等文藝語(yǔ)體上,甚少有學(xué)者涉足法律語(yǔ)體中的零形回指。鑒于此,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,基于認(rèn)知參照點(diǎn)模型這一理論,以《中華人民共和國(guó)行政許可法》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《行政許可法》）為語(yǔ)料來(lái)源,采用定量與定性相結(jié)合的研究方法,本文探究了所選立法文本中零形回指的表征形式以及零形回指回指語(yǔ)的識(shí)解機(jī)制。本文有以下三方面的發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,《行政許可法》中的零形回指主要可以分為三類:零形上指（話題凸顯）、零形下指和特殊零形回指（話題隱含）。其中,零形上指（話題凸顯）出現(xiàn)的頻率最高,在所選文本中占有較大的比重,因此成為本文重點(diǎn)研究的內(nèi)容。第二,零形回指在《行政許可法》中主要具有以下三方面的功能:（1）增強(qiáng)立法語(yǔ)篇的連貫性;（2）保證立法語(yǔ)言的經(jīng)濟(jì)性;（3）強(qiáng)調(diào)立法信息的焦點(diǎn)性。第三,基于認(rèn)知參照點(diǎn)模型,本文提出了漢語(yǔ)立法文本中零形回指的識(shí)解機(jī)制。該識(shí)解機(jī)制對(duì)零形回指的回指語(yǔ)的識(shí)解具有強(qiáng)大的解釋力。此外,本文還探討了該識(shí)解機(jī)制對(duì)漢語(yǔ)規(guī)范性立法文本的翻譯以及對(duì)漢語(yǔ)...
