【摘要】：壯族是嶺南古老的稻作農(nóng)耕民族，嶺南的自然條件和壯族的生產(chǎn)方式，決定了壯族的飲食結(jié)構(gòu)和方式，形成了壯族“飯稻羹魚”的飲食特點(diǎn)。壯語(yǔ)是壯民族的語(yǔ)言，是記錄、傳承和發(fā)展壯族文化的表現(xiàn)形式和載體，壯語(yǔ)詞匯是壯語(yǔ)的重要組成部分，壯語(yǔ)中蘊(yùn)含著壯族輝煌燦爛的傳統(tǒng)文化，飲食文化是壯族文化的重要組成部分。本研究以壯語(yǔ)飲食詞匯為對(duì)象，從詞語(yǔ)的角度，運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言學(xué)相關(guān)的理論，探討和考察壯語(yǔ)的飲食詞匯名稱，通過(guò)分析飲食詞匯的文化內(nèi)涵，從中我們可以看出壯族的飲食習(xí)俗、飲食觀念及飲食生活方式。通過(guò)研究我們發(fā)現(xiàn)：壯族的食物種類多，壯語(yǔ)中具有豐富的飲食詞匯；飲食不僅作為一種物質(zhì)文化，還包括了社會(huì)文化和精神文化的內(nèi)容；壯族的飲食重視營(yíng)養(yǎng)配合的協(xié)調(diào)性，，飲食思想注重醫(yī)食同源。挖掘、研究壯語(yǔ)飲食詞匯，有利于我們更好地了解壯族傳統(tǒng)的飲食文化和農(nóng)耕文化，對(duì)宏揚(yáng)壯族優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Zhuang nationality is an ancient rice farming nation in Lingnan. The natural conditions of Lingnan and the mode of production of Zhuang nationality determine the diet structure and way of Zhuang nationality, and form the eating characteristics of Zhuang nationality "rice soup fish". Zhuang language is the language of Zhuang nationality, it is the form and carrier of recording, inheriting and developing Zhuang culture. Zhuang language vocabulary is an important part of Zhuang language, and Zhuang language contains splendid traditional culture of Zhuang nationality. Food culture is an important part of Zhuang culture. This research takes the Zhuang language diet vocabulary as the object, from the word angle, uses the linguistics correlation theory, discusses and examines the Zhuang language diet vocabulary name, through the analysis diet vocabulary cultural connotation, from which we can see the Zhuang nationality diet custom, Diet concept and diet lifestyle. Through the research, we find that there are many kinds of food in Zhuang nationality, there are abundant food vocabulary in Zhuang language, diet is not only a kind of material culture, but also includes the contents of social culture and spiritual culture; Zhuang people's diet attaches importance to the coordination of nutrition, diet thoughts pay attention to medical and food homology. It is helpful for us to better understand the traditional diet culture and farming culture of Zhuang nationality, and it is of great significance to Hongyang Zhuang nationality's excellent traditional culture.
