【摘要】：本文是關(guān)于《中國(guó)—東盟合作：1991-2011(全文）》的翻譯報(bào)告，原文是中華人民共和國(guó)外交部于2011年11月15日發(fā)布的一篇政治文章。原文的主要內(nèi)容涉及追溯中國(guó)和東盟友好交往歷史，回顧雙方在政治，經(jīng)貿(mào)，科技，環(huán)保，農(nóng)業(yè)，交通，教育，文化，旅游，衛(wèi)生等等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域里的務(wù)實(shí)合作成果，展望雙方未來合作前景。報(bào)告分為四部分，第一，翻譯項(xiàng)目介紹，包括項(xiàng)目背景，目標(biāo)和意義。第二，原作背景介紹，包括主要內(nèi)容介紹和原作評(píng)論分析。第三，翻譯難點(diǎn)和翻譯方法；翻譯的難點(diǎn)主要是翻譯文章里面出現(xiàn)的大量政治專業(yè)詞匯，以及如何盡量忠實(shí)傳達(dá)政治文章的語體風(fēng)格。使用的翻譯方法主要包括順譯，合并法，，轉(zhuǎn)換法，倒置，增譯，省譯。第四，總結(jié)翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn)和心得以及仍待解決的問題。筆者主要通過對(duì)此文的翻譯來探討政治文章翻譯的技巧和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation report on China-ASEAN Cooperation: 1991 / 2011 (full text). The original text is a political article published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the people's Republic of China on November 15, 2011. The main contents of the original text relate to the history of friendly exchanges between China and ASEAN, and review the achievements of practical cooperation between the two sides in various fields such as politics, trade, science and technology, environmental protection, agriculture, transportation, education, culture, tourism, health, and so on. Looking forward to the future prospects of cooperation between the two sides. The report is divided into four parts. First, translate the introduction of the project, including the project background, objectives and significance. Second, the background introduction of the original, including the main content of the introduction and the original commentary analysis. Third, translation difficulties and translation methods; translation difficulties are mainly the emergence of a large number of political professional vocabulary in the translation articles, and how to convey the style of political articles as faithfully as possible. The main translation methods used include cis-translation, merger, transformation, inversion, augmentation, and provincial translation. Fourth, summarize the translation experience and experience as well as the problems that still need to be solved. The author mainly discusses the translation techniques and standards of political articles through the translation of this text.
