阿巴斯時期的百年翻譯運(yùn)動

【摘要】：中世紀(jì)，在阿拉伯地區(qū)掀起了一場浩浩蕩蕩的、史無前例的翻譯運(yùn)動。從8世紀(jì)后期到10世紀(jì)前期約150年的時間里，一批阿拉伯學(xué)者廣泛地翻譯了古代印度、波斯、希臘以及周邊一些文明地區(qū)的書籍，史稱“百年翻譯運(yùn)動”。 百年翻譯運(yùn)動在完成自己使命的同時，一方面為阿拉伯社會帶來了發(fā)展所必須的營養(yǎng)，促進(jìn)了文化生活各方面的繁榮；另一方面為世界知識寶庫保存了許多文獻(xiàn)，特別是古希臘的一些稿本，為文藝復(fù)興做出了不可或缺的貢獻(xiàn)。百年翻譯運(yùn)動對于阿拉伯自身來說，最直接的結(jié)果是引進(jìn)了異域先進(jìn)的文明。眾多的翻譯家把一個五彩斑斕的新世界展現(xiàn)在了剛從沙漠中走出來的阿拉伯人的面前，將他們推入當(dāng)時的文明世界。 而本文主要在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)之上，運(yùn)用相關(guān)史料對這場運(yùn)動客觀地給予介紹，同時在一些方面提出自己的主張并做出相應(yīng)的評價。
[Abstract]:In the Middle Ages, a huge and unprecedented translation movement was launched in the Arab region. During the period of about 150 years from the late 8th century to the early 10th century, a group of Arab scholars extensively translated books from ancient India, Persia, Greece and the surrounding civilized areas. While completing its mission, the century-old translation movement on the one hand brought the necessary nutrition for the development of the Arab society and promoted the prosperity of all aspects of cultural life; On the other hand, many documents, especially some manuscripts of ancient Greece, have been preserved for the world knowledge treasury, and have made an indispensable contribution to the Renaissance. For Arab itself, the most direct result of the centennial translation movement was the introduction of advanced civilizations. Many translators revealed a colorful new world to Arabs who had just emerged from the desert, pushing them into the civilized world of the time. On the basis of previous studies, this paper introduces the movement objectively by using relevant historical data, and at the same time, puts forward its own opinions and makes corresponding evaluation in some aspects.
