商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的商務(wù)文化意識(shí)培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:隨著中圍國(guó)際地位的提高與中外經(jīng)濟(jì)、商業(yè)交流的廣泛,越來(lái)越多的外國(guó)企業(yè)選擇投資中圍,在中國(guó)開辦事駐華代表處、派遣駐華員工,并且積極對(duì)其員工展開商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,在學(xué)習(xí)者學(xué)習(xí)商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)的同時(shí),中國(guó)的商務(wù)文化也成為其學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)過(guò)程中急需了解的重要內(nèi)容。但是由于學(xué)習(xí)者本圍的某些商務(wù)文化與中國(guó)商務(wù)文化存在差異,至使其雖攻克了語(yǔ)言難關(guān)卻難以融入中圍的商務(wù)文化中來(lái),反過(guò)來(lái)對(duì)其商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)的應(yīng)用也造成了阻礙,并進(jìn)一步影響跨文化商務(wù)交際的順利進(jìn)行。因此,在商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中,教師要對(duì)商務(wù)文化予以足夠的重視,培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)者的商務(wù)文化意識(shí),使其在學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步了解中國(guó)商務(wù)文化,達(dá)到在跨文化商務(wù)活動(dòng)中運(yùn)用漢語(yǔ)進(jìn)行順利交際的目的。本篇論文主要從商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)角度出發(fā),闡述了商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的商務(wù)文化意識(shí)培養(yǎng)相關(guān)問(wèn)題,包括商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)與商務(wù)文化的關(guān)系,商務(wù)文化在商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)以及跨圍商務(wù)交際中的重要性,以及商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中應(yīng)涉及的商務(wù)禮儀、商務(wù)談判和商務(wù)寫作中所體現(xiàn)的文化現(xiàn)象及其在商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的重要地位。論文最后一章(第五章)以韓國(guó)韓華集團(tuán)一名駐華工作人員為教學(xué)對(duì)象,通過(guò)一篇貼近學(xué)習(xí)者工作與生活的教案設(shè)計(jì)詳細(xì)展示了商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)的過(guò)程與步驟,商務(wù)文化在商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的重要性及體現(xiàn),以及教學(xué)過(guò)程中所選擇涉及的商務(wù)文化現(xiàn)象與具體培養(yǎng)方法等。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the international status of China and the extensive economic and commercial exchanges between China and foreign countries, more and more foreign enterprises choose to invest in China, open representative offices in China and dispatch staff in China. Meanwhile, Chinese business culture has become an important content in the process of learning Chinese. However, due to the differences between some of the business cultures of Learner-centered and Chinese, it is difficult for Learner to overcome the language difficulties, but it is difficult to integrate into the commercial culture of Zhongwei, which, in turn, hinders the application of Business Chinese. And further affect the smooth progress of cross-cultural business communication. Therefore, in business Chinese teaching, teachers should pay enough attention to business culture, cultivate learners' business culture awareness, and make them understand Chinese business culture on the basis of learning language. To achieve the purpose of using Chinese for smooth communication in cross-cultural business activities. From the perspective of business Chinese teaching, this paper expounds the related problems in the cultivation of business culture consciousness in business Chinese teaching, including the relationship between business Chinese and business culture. The importance of business culture in business Chinese teaching and cross-circle business communication, as well as the cultural phenomena embodied in business etiquette, business negotiation and business writing, and their important position in business Chinese teaching. In the last chapter of the thesis (Chapter 5), a Korean Han Hua group staff member in China is taken as the teaching object, and the process and steps of business Chinese teaching are demonstrated in detail through a teaching plan design which is close to learners' work and life. The importance and embodiment of business culture in business Chinese teaching, as well as the phenomenon of business culture and the specific cultivation methods.
