MTI學(xué)生翻譯自我評(píng)估能力之實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:社會(huì)各方面的發(fā)展對(duì)高層次專業(yè)翻譯人才的需求日益迫切,翻譯碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位(MTI)在這種背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。近年來,對(duì)翻譯專業(yè)碩士的培養(yǎng)引起了廣泛關(guān)注。眾多學(xué)者對(duì)其培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了探討,旨在有效地提高M(jìn)TI學(xué)生的翻譯能力,以滿足日益增長的翻譯市場(chǎng)的需求。社會(huì)發(fā)展給專業(yè)翻譯提出了時(shí)代性的新要求,MTI學(xué)生不僅要對(duì)社會(huì)的需要要有清醒地認(rèn)識(shí),還需要正確地認(rèn)識(shí)自身的翻譯水平,充分了解自己的譯品是如何被評(píng)估的以及如何去自我評(píng)估。因而培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的翻譯自我評(píng)估能力是必要的。雖然翻譯能力的研究一直是翻譯研究的重要領(lǐng)域,自我評(píng)估能力作為翻譯能力的一項(xiàng)次級(jí)能力,,卻很少受到關(guān)注。本文在綜述翻譯能力及翻譯評(píng)估研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合MTI產(chǎn)生的時(shí)代背景及它的專業(yè)特點(diǎn),從廣義和狹義上嘗試性地建構(gòu)了面向MTI學(xué)生的翻譯自我評(píng)估能力模式。 本研究主要從狹義上研究翻譯自我評(píng)估能力,探索了其內(nèi)涵,描述性地研究了MTI學(xué)生翻譯自我評(píng)估能力的現(xiàn)狀,嘗試性地分析了現(xiàn)階段MTI學(xué)生翻譯自我評(píng)估能力不高的原因;然后進(jìn)一步分析了自我評(píng)估能力的各次級(jí)能力之間的相關(guān)性;再根據(jù)學(xué)生自我評(píng)估能力的強(qiáng)弱,將高分10%處和低分10%處的學(xué)生分為高水平組與低水平組,進(jìn)而探究?jī)山M之間的具體差別;最后分析了翻譯自我評(píng)估能力與翻譯質(zhì)量之間的相關(guān)性。 本研究屬于實(shí)證研究中的探索性研究。首先對(duì)MTI學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,然后收集數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用SPSS軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性、T值檢驗(yàn),得出實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,然后進(jìn)一步對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行探討。 本文的研究結(jié)果如下:(1)、翻譯自我評(píng)估能力在狹義上可細(xì)分為:語言評(píng)估能力、言外評(píng)估能力、功能評(píng)估能力、實(shí)時(shí)編輯能力。(2)、在對(duì)MTI學(xué)生自我評(píng)估能力現(xiàn)狀的描述性研究及后續(xù)采訪中發(fā)現(xiàn),僅14.6%的學(xué)生自我評(píng)估的準(zhǔn)確度能達(dá)80%以上,對(duì)評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)其評(píng)估的方面有清楚的認(rèn)識(shí);12.2%的學(xué)生準(zhǔn)確度低于60%,他們對(duì)如何去修改自己的譯本不清楚;31.7%的學(xué)生在60%—70%之間,41.5%的學(xué)生在70%—80%之間,他們對(duì)自我評(píng)估了解但認(rèn)識(shí)不完全。(3)自我評(píng)估能力及各次級(jí)能力之間都具有顯著的相關(guān)性,其中實(shí)時(shí)編輯能力這一次級(jí)能力與自我評(píng)估能力相關(guān)系數(shù)最大。在高水平組與低水平組的對(duì)比研究中得出,兩組之間語言評(píng)估能力差別最大,其次依次是功能評(píng)估能力、實(shí)時(shí)編輯能力、言外評(píng)估能力。(4)翻譯自我評(píng)估能力及其各次級(jí)能力都與翻譯質(zhì)量呈現(xiàn)相關(guān)性,相關(guān)系數(shù)大小依次翻譯自我評(píng)估能力、實(shí)時(shí)編輯能力、語言評(píng)估能力、功能評(píng)估能力及言外評(píng)估能力。 本研究嘗試性地對(duì)翻譯自我評(píng)估能力進(jìn)行了探索,一定程度上,拓寬了翻譯能力培養(yǎng)的視野,豐富了翻譯能力的研究。此外,基于問卷調(diào)查的實(shí)證研究成果可應(yīng)用于翻譯教學(xué),為學(xué)生翻譯能力的提高提供了新的渠道,對(duì)翻譯教學(xué)理論和實(shí)踐有一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:The development of the various aspects of the society is becoming more and more urgent for the high-level professional translation talents, and the professional degree of translation (MTI) comes into being in this background. In recent years, extensive attention has been paid to the cultivation of the master's degree in translation. In order to meet the increasing demand of the translation market, many scholars have discussed their culture model. The new requirement of the times for professional translation is put forward by the social development. The students of the MI need not only to be aware of the needs of the society, but also to know the level of their translation correctly and to know how to be evaluated and how to self-evaluate them. Therefore, it is necessary to train the students' self-evaluation ability. Although the research of translation ability has been an important field of translation research, self-evaluation capacity is a sub-ability of translation ability, but is seldom concerned. Based on the review of translation ability and translation evaluation, this paper, based on the background of MTI and its professional characteristics, tries to construct a self-evaluation model of translation self-evaluation for the students of MTI in a broad and narrow sense. This study mainly studies the ability of translation self-evaluation in a narrow sense, explores its connotation, studies the current situation of the translation self-evaluation ability of the MTI students, and tries to analyze the non-high translation self-evaluation ability of the MTI students at the present stage. The reason is that the correlation between the secondary abilities of the self-evaluation ability is further analyzed, and the students are divided into a high-level group and a low-level group according to the self-evaluation ability of the students, so as to explore the concrete relationship between the two groups. The difference between the ability of self-evaluation and the quality of translation is analyzed. This study is part of an empirical study. An exploratory study was carried out. First, the students of the MTI were investigated, then the data was collected, the data was correlated with the data by SPSS software, and the results of the experiment were obtained. The results of this paper are as follows: (1) The ability of self-evaluation of translation can be divided into: language evaluation ability, external evaluation ability and function evaluation ability. force and real-time editing ability.
