來華預(yù)科留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)問題研究

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,國(guó)與國(guó)之間的交流日益頻繁,除了政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)交流之外,文化交流也成為國(guó)家間交流的重要一環(huán)。每年中國(guó)都會(huì)派出大量的留學(xué)生、學(xué)者以及技術(shù)人員等赴海外學(xué)習(xí)交流,同時(shí)也吸引了大量的外國(guó)專家、留學(xué)生來中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)深造,形成了一股來華學(xué)習(xí)的潮流,其中,預(yù)科留學(xué)生就是其中的一部分。 預(yù)科留學(xué)生具有其自身的特點(diǎn),所以目前針對(duì)留學(xué)生研究的一些成果并不能完全適用于預(yù)科留學(xué)生。本論文正是以來華預(yù)科留學(xué)生這一特殊群體為研究對(duì)象,從預(yù)科留學(xué)生在華的社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)狀況、生活滿意度以及所采用的適應(yīng)策略這幾方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。該研究對(duì)提高預(yù)科留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)水平,促進(jìn)中外文化交流具有重要意義。全文共分四章,主要內(nèi)容如下: 1.介紹選題的背景、意義、前人研究的主要成果以及本文研究采用的主要方法。 2.對(duì)跨文化理論基礎(chǔ)的闡述,共分為跨文化適應(yīng)理論的發(fā)展以及影響跨文化適應(yīng)的主要因素。 3.以山東大學(xué)國(guó)際教育學(xué)院的預(yù)科留學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,以預(yù)科留學(xué)生在華的社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)狀況、生活滿意度及采用的跨文化適應(yīng)策略為主要研究問題,設(shè)計(jì)了旨在調(diào)查預(yù)科留學(xué)生的個(gè)人情況、社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)狀況的4種調(diào)查問卷并提出研究問題:(1)來華預(yù)科留學(xué)生在社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)過程中主要存在哪些問題?是否存在個(gè)體差異?(2)社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)與生活滿意度是否存在相關(guān)性?(3)來華預(yù)科留學(xué)生在跨文化適應(yīng)上采用的主要策略是什么?是否存在個(gè)體差異? 繼而,利用SPSS17.0及Excel軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)問卷1進(jìn)行描述性分析,得出調(diào)查對(duì)象的年齡、性別以及國(guó)別的分布情況;對(duì)問卷2至問卷4進(jìn)行效度分析,得出問卷的效度較好,適宜進(jìn)行分析;接下來又利用相關(guān)性分析、方差分析等方法對(duì)問卷進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的研究。 4.根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,筆者給出相應(yīng)的教學(xué)意見,同時(shí),指出論文中存在的不足以及進(jìn)一步研究的建議。筆者得出的結(jié)論主要有以下幾點(diǎn):(1)總體來看,預(yù)科留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)能力良好,他們對(duì)中國(guó)的社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)較好,同時(shí)對(duì)在華的生活較為滿意;(2)來華預(yù)科留學(xué)生對(duì)社會(huì)文化比較適應(yīng)的學(xué)生占大多數(shù),其次是適應(yīng)性一般與非常適應(yīng),被試者中沒有很不適應(yīng)和比較不適應(yīng)的學(xué)生;被試者對(duì)社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)只存在性別上的差異,且女生的適應(yīng)性要比男生要強(qiáng)一些,在地域與年齡上沒有什么差異;(3)社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)與生活滿意度存在較高的相關(guān)性;(4)來華預(yù)科留學(xué)生在適應(yīng)的過程中側(cè)重于整合策略、其次是分離策略、同化策略,選擇用邊緣化策略的人數(shù)最少,在使用跨文化適應(yīng)策略上不存在年齡、性別、地域的差異。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy, the exchanges between countries are becoming more and more frequent. Besides the political and economic exchanges, cultural exchanges have also become an important part of the exchanges between countries. Every year, China sends a large number of overseas students, scholars and technicians to study and exchange overseas. At the same time, it also attracts a large number of foreign experts. Preparatory students are part of it. The foreign students in matriculation have their own characteristics, so the current research results can not be fully applied to the foreign students in matriculation. This paper takes the special group of overseas students who came to China as the research object to investigate and analyze the social and cultural adaptation, life satisfaction and adaptation strategies adopted by the preparatory students in China. This study is of great significance to improve the cross-cultural adaptation and promote the cultural exchange between Chinese and foreign students. The full text is divided into four chapters, the main contents are as follows: 1. This paper introduces the background and significance of the topic, the main achievements of previous studies and the main methods used in this study. 2. The theoretical basis of cross-cultural adaptation is divided into the development of cross-cultural adaptation theory and the main factors affecting cross-cultural adaptation. 3. Taking the international preparatory students from the School of International Education of Shandong University as the research object, taking the social and cultural adaptation, life satisfaction and cross-cultural adaptation strategies adopted by the preparatory students in China as the main research questions. Designed to investigate the personal situation of overseas students in matriculation, social and cultural adaptation of the four questionnaires and put forward research questions: (1) what are the main problems in the process of social and cultural adaptation? Is there an individual difference? (2) is there a correlation between social and cultural adaptation and life satisfaction? (3) what are the main strategies adopted by overseas students in China on cross-cultural adaptation? Are there individual differences? Then, using SPSS17.0 and Excel software to carry on the statistical analysis, carries on the descriptive analysis to the questionnaire 1, obtains the survey object's age, the gender as well as the country distribution situation; The validity of questionnaire 2 to 4 is analyzed and the validity of the questionnaire is good, which is suitable for analysis. Then, further research on the questionnaire is carried out by means of correlation analysis and variance analysis. 4. According to the conclusion of the study, the author gives the corresponding teaching suggestions, and points out the shortcomings of the paper and the suggestions for further study. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) on the whole, the overseas students of matriculation have a good ability of cross-cultural adaptation, they have better social and cultural adaptation to China, and they are more satisfied with their life in China at the same time; (2) the majority of the students who came to China to adapt to the social culture, followed by the adaptability of the general and very adaptable, there are no students who are not adapted and relatively inadaptable; There were only gender differences in the sociocultural adaptation of the subjects, and the adaptability of girls was stronger than that of boys, and there was no difference in region and age. (3) there was a high correlation between sociocultural adaptation and life satisfaction. (4) in the process of adaptation, the overseas students in China focused on integration strategy, followed by separation strategy, assimilation strategy, the number of people who chose marginalizing strategy was the least, and there was no age or gender in the use of cross-cultural adaptation strategy.
