伊犁師范學(xué)院雙語教育教學(xué)研究
[Abstract]:At present the world economy is in the "globalization", "integration" development trend, the economic development, the commodity circulation, the personnel movement time has arrived. All countries, regions and ethnic groups have clearly recognized an unavoidable important issue, that is, how to achieve cultural integration through language communication, so as to better serve the economic development. Therefore, the research and investigation on the important role of bilingual education in the process of multicultural integration has attracted more and more people's attention and input. With the arrival of an unprecedented period of development, Xinjiang is a typical multi-ethnic, multilingual, multicultural and multi-religious region of our country, as a typical ethnic region, frontier area, poverty-stricken area and key development and construction area of our country. To realize the comprehensive deepening and coordinated and orderly development of its bilingual education cause, to continuously raise the level of economic development in Xinjiang, to continuously promote the integration of multiculturalism, and to maintain the social and political stability for a long time. And the realization of unity and common prosperity of all ethnic groups has an important strategic significance. At present, Yili area has become the largest borderline open city in northwest of Xinjiang, it is an important transportation hub to the market of Central Asia and Europe, open door and international trade and logistics center. Ili normal College, as an important pool of talents and intellectual resources to promote the development of Yili, will play an important role in intellectual support and talent guarantee under the new situation of the development and progress of Yili. How to make use of the advantages of regional development to establish a bilingual education model of minority nationalities with outstanding achievements, obvious local characteristics and multi-cultural inclusion is one of the strategic goals for the development of education in Yili Teachers College and even in the whole Yili area. Based on the particularity and development model of bilingual education in Xinjiang normal universities, this paper takes the bilingual education of Yili normal University as the empirical research object, combining the relevant theoretical research and the author's detailed and comprehensive investigation. According to the present situation, problems and shortcomings of bilingual education in Yili normal College of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, the effective mode and specific promotion measures of bilingual education are summarized. That is, to promote the integration of Chinese teaching and subject teaching with the reform of teaching mode, to strengthen the construction of teachers, to improve students' Chinese ability through the reform of classroom teaching mode, to set up courses and choose teaching materials scientifically, and to actively develop local teaching materials. The second classroom activity should be carried out actively, the bilingual learning environment should be built, and the scientific evaluation system of bilingual education should be established. Finally, the author also emphasizes the important strategic enlightenment in the process of promoting the development of bilingual education in normal universities in Xinjiang, such as the support of government, the development mode and path choice of regional foundation and characteristics, and so on. It is of special theoretical and practical significance to analyze and study the development of bilingual education in Yili normal College as a representative of Xinjiang normal University and to bring it into the overall situation of the development of national bilingual education. This can not only provide reference and reference for the development of bilingual education in ethnic minority areas and borderland areas such as Xinjiang, but also become an exploration of rapid and healthy economic development. The positive attempt of social stability and unity and the promotion of bilingual education.
