伊犁師范學(xué)院雙語教育教學(xué)研究

【摘要】:目前世界經(jīng)濟(jì)處于“全球化”、“一體化”發(fā)展趨勢(shì),經(jīng)濟(jì)大發(fā)展、商品大流通、人員大流動(dòng)的時(shí)代已經(jīng)到來。所有國家、地區(qū)和民族都清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)到了一個(gè)不可回避的重要問題,即如何通過語言的溝通達(dá)到文化的交融,從而更好的為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展而服務(wù)。因此,關(guān)于雙語教育在多元文化一體化過程中所扮演的重要角色的研究和調(diào)查也日益引起更多人關(guān)注和投入。 伴隨著前所未有的發(fā)展時(shí)期的到來,新疆作為我國典型的多民族、多語言、多文化、多宗教地區(qū),作為我國典型的民族地區(qū)、邊疆地區(qū)、貧困地區(qū)和重點(diǎn)開發(fā)建設(shè)地區(qū),實(shí)現(xiàn)其雙語教育事業(yè)的全面深入、協(xié)調(diào)有序發(fā)展,對(duì)不斷提升新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、不斷推進(jìn)多元文化整合、長(zhǎng)久維持社會(huì)政治穩(wěn)定局面,以及實(shí)現(xiàn)各民族團(tuán)結(jié)與共同繁榮有著重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 目前,伊犁地區(qū)已然成為新疆西北部最大的沿邊開放城市,是通往中亞和歐洲市場(chǎng)的重要交通樞紐、開放門戶和國際商貿(mào)物流中心。伊犁師范學(xué)院作為推動(dòng)伊犁發(fā)展的重要人才儲(chǔ)備庫和智力資源庫,在伊犁發(fā)展進(jìn)步的新形勢(shì)下,將承擔(dān)起重要的智力支持和人才保障作用。如何利用地區(qū)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì),建立具有成效突出、本土特色明顯、多元文化兼容并包的少數(shù)民族雙語教育模式,是伊犁師范學(xué)院乃至全伊犁地區(qū)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)之一。 本文基于新疆高等師范本科院校雙語教育的特殊性和發(fā)展模式展開研究,以伊犁師范學(xué)院雙語教育作為實(shí)證研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論研究和筆者細(xì)致全面的調(diào)研,就新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)伊犁師范學(xué)院雙語教育工作開展的現(xiàn)狀、問題和不足,總結(jié)出了該研究對(duì)象實(shí)施雙語教育的有效模式和具體推進(jìn)措施,即以教學(xué)模式改革促進(jìn)漢語教學(xué)和學(xué)科教學(xué)的融合,,加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),通過課堂教學(xué)模式改革提高學(xué)生漢語能力,科學(xué)地設(shè)置課程和選用教材,積極開發(fā)本土教材,積極開展第二課堂活動(dòng),營造雙語學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,建立科學(xué)的雙語教育教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系等。最后,筆者還強(qiáng)調(diào)了推進(jìn)新疆師范高等院校雙語教育發(fā)展過程中,政府支持、區(qū)域基礎(chǔ)與特色發(fā)展模式和路徑選擇等方面的重要戰(zhàn)略啟示。 分析研究伊犁師范學(xué)院作為新疆師范類高等院校代表的雙語教育發(fā)展問題,將其納入到國家雙語教育事業(yè)發(fā)展大局當(dāng)中,具有特殊的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。這不僅能為新疆等民族地區(qū)和邊疆地區(qū)雙語教育發(fā)展提供了借鑒和參考,還能成為探索經(jīng)濟(jì)快速健康發(fā)展、社會(huì)安定團(tuán)結(jié)以及推進(jìn)雙語教育建設(shè)等三者之間相互關(guān)系的積極嘗試。
[Abstract]:At present the world economy is in the "globalization", "integration" development trend, the economic development, the commodity circulation, the personnel movement time has arrived. All countries, regions and ethnic groups have clearly recognized an unavoidable important issue, that is, how to achieve cultural integration through language communication, so as to better serve the economic development. Therefore, the research and investigation on the important role of bilingual education in the process of multicultural integration has attracted more and more people's attention and input. With the arrival of an unprecedented period of development, Xinjiang is a typical multi-ethnic, multilingual, multicultural and multi-religious region of our country, as a typical ethnic region, frontier area, poverty-stricken area and key development and construction area of our country. To realize the comprehensive deepening and coordinated and orderly development of its bilingual education cause, to continuously raise the level of economic development in Xinjiang, to continuously promote the integration of multiculturalism, and to maintain the social and political stability for a long time. And the realization of unity and common prosperity of all ethnic groups has an important strategic significance. At present, Yili area has become the largest borderline open city in northwest of Xinjiang, it is an important transportation hub to the market of Central Asia and Europe, open door and international trade and logistics center. Ili normal College, as an important pool of talents and intellectual resources to promote the development of Yili, will play an important role in intellectual support and talent guarantee under the new situation of the development and progress of Yili. How to make use of the advantages of regional development to establish a bilingual education model of minority nationalities with outstanding achievements, obvious local characteristics and multi-cultural inclusion is one of the strategic goals for the development of education in Yili Teachers College and even in the whole Yili area. Based on the particularity and development model of bilingual education in Xinjiang normal universities, this paper takes the bilingual education of Yili normal University as the empirical research object, combining the relevant theoretical research and the author's detailed and comprehensive investigation. According to the present situation, problems and shortcomings of bilingual education in Yili normal College of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, the effective mode and specific promotion measures of bilingual education are summarized. That is, to promote the integration of Chinese teaching and subject teaching with the reform of teaching mode, to strengthen the construction of teachers, to improve students' Chinese ability through the reform of classroom teaching mode, to set up courses and choose teaching materials scientifically, and to actively develop local teaching materials. The second classroom activity should be carried out actively, the bilingual learning environment should be built, and the scientific evaluation system of bilingual education should be established. Finally, the author also emphasizes the important strategic enlightenment in the process of promoting the development of bilingual education in normal universities in Xinjiang, such as the support of government, the development mode and path choice of regional foundation and characteristics, and so on. It is of special theoretical and practical significance to analyze and study the development of bilingual education in Yili normal College as a representative of Xinjiang normal University and to bring it into the overall situation of the development of national bilingual education. This can not only provide reference and reference for the development of bilingual education in ethnic minority areas and borderland areas such as Xinjiang, but also become an exploration of rapid and healthy economic development. The positive attempt of social stability and unity and the promotion of bilingual education.
