國外FOXP2基因及其語言相關(guān)性研究二十年

【摘要】:FOXP2基因是人類發(fā)現(xiàn)與語言相關(guān)的第一個基因,自其發(fā)現(xiàn)以來已有二十年,并已成為國外有關(guān)語言神經(jīng)生物研究的熱點(diǎn)。文章基于最新研究文獻(xiàn)從語言習(xí)得障礙、語言處理的神經(jīng)認(rèn)知基礎(chǔ)以及語言進(jìn)化三個維度系統(tǒng)地梳理了FOXP2與語言相關(guān)性研究的歷程和現(xiàn)狀,對研究中出現(xiàn)的問題和不足予以反思,并對該研究的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了展望。FOXP2是與人類語言活動相關(guān)的一個潛在基因,對其認(rèn)識使得人類第一次從生物分子角度研究與語言相關(guān)的基因級聯(lián)和神經(jīng)回路,但其對語言的確切作用還有待進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:FOXP2 gene is the first gene related to language found by human beings. It has been 20 years since it was discovered and has become a hot spot in the research of language neurobiology abroad. Based on the latest research literature, this paper systematically reviews the history and current situation of the study of FOXP2 and language relevance from the three dimensions of language acquisition barrier, language processing neurocognitive basis and language evolution. The problems and shortcomings in the study are reviewed and the development trend of the study is prospected. FOXP2 is a potential gene associated with human language activities. For the first time, we study the gene cascade and neural circuit related to language from the perspective of biomolecules, but the exact effect on language remains to be further studied.
